Easy to order, arrived quickly and a good price too!

what a friendly efficient and responsive company, they were recommende to me by a big user, whose judgement I valued, and I would glad pass on the same recommendation to others. Lovely attractive wristbands, cost effective, and withdelivery on time or earlier...

We ordered two sets of lanyards for two brands. Absolutely brilliant service and the quality of the lanyards is superb. Thanks so much.

Having used The Wristband Company on many occasions at my previous business they were my first choice when it came to needing lanyards. As always the service was top notch, quality of the product excellent and value for money brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

For our London summit we had a perfect service delivered on time even with last minute order (delivered in 10hrs), badges in high quality print and paper. We appreciated the great communication during the process of badges creation.
Can't recommend enough!

Provided excellent service. Delivered on time. Would recommend and use again.

I ordered 300 lanyards for one of my events, we were a bit tight on timings and they had a delay in the production. However, they were very communicative and updated me every two days and that is very important as an event manager, they got it before we expected and the client was very happy with the final product.

Fantastic experience, used for a ball we were planning. Wristbands came in a timely fashion and looked lovely and were popular with everyone.

I recently ordered lanyards from this company, and unfortunately, the experience has been less than satisfactory. The items were delivered to the wrong location, and despite reaching out for assistance, the company has not provided any helpful information on the whereabouts of the delivery.

The lack of support in resolving this issue has been frustrating, and it has created an inconvenience for our organization. We expected better customer service and a more efficient resolution process. Hopefully, the company can improve its communication and assistance for future customers.

We have used the Wristband Company for 2 years in a row now for our company Christmas party. Every time, we have clear avenues of communication, fast shipping, reasonable prices and brilliant results! Not to mention, they are one of the only companies that I have found that offer 100% recycled fabric wristbands that are both affordable and completely customisable. Will for sure be using again

Great quality wristbands, speedy and reliable customer services - thank you, will definitely use again for future events.

Great quality, design and amazing customer service. We will be ordering again

The quality and speed of delivery were exceptional.
I also found the pricing to be very competitive. I would not hesitate to use The Wristband Company again.

Excellent service and outstanding product; will definitely continue to use this company for future orders

Excellent quality - this is the second year we have ordered lanyards with our logo printed for our annual forum - super speedy service and really good quality lanyards which means we can recycle every year. The team really makes placing orders easy and when we have needed last-minute rush jobs they always accommodate. Definitely recommend!
