Ordering wristbands for an event was a seamless experience thanks to the excellent customer service of this company.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering custom wristbands from The Wristband Company for our charity Sleep Out event, and I am absolutely thrilled with the overall experience. From start to finish, this company exceeded my expectations.

One of the standout features of The Wrist Band Company is their remarkable speed of service, we were on a tight deadline for our event but they printed and delivered so quickly.

The quality of the printing on the wristbands is amazing. The colours were spot on and we were so excited to see our branding embroidered. The addition of having the metallic threads for free was a lovely touch and really made our design pop!

The wristbands looked fantastic, and the high-quality printing added a professional touch to our charity Sleep Out event.

Their communication throughout was also exceptional. Ethan was always quick to respond to any query I had. Whether I had a question about the design process or needed assistance with tracking my order, the team was always there to provide timely and helpful responses.

Ordered some wristbands for my school to reward fearless learning. The communication was swift, the order was very fast and the standard of product and colour (including the price) was brilliant. Already recommended them to a colleague for another order for rewarding attendance.

The pupils love them, gives them chance to go home and receive secondary praise. Thank you and we will always come back for replacements!

Recommended by a friend because they used them at their festival, so got 2400 for my event and they were spot on, exactly what I expected and needed. Love how they do recycled materials. Really competitive price but best of all was customer service, phone or email I was looked after. Will be back for more!
