The majority of my order arrived quickly. However I had to chase the balance and only then did I get an update. Can't understand the delay as all the items were supposed to be clearance stock.

wrong items received
I know they have sent 3 lots of pansies plugs plants out and not 1 lot of pansies and 2 other products, waiting a few more weeks and will contact again. I did contact customer service, they state as plug plants and very small all the seedlings look the same
