The plants were smaller than expected…
The plants were smaller than expected and were badly packed so that the tiny strips had come out of the plastic packing and were tumbling about in the cardboard box. A few of the plants were already dead and mouldy and many had broken leaves. I have transferred them to trays of individual cells and hope at least some of them survive. Not a good experience.

We apologise that the plants were smaller than expected and that the packaging did not protect them adequately during transit. We’re also concerned to hear that some arrived damaged or mouldy. We appreciate you taking the time to pot them into individual cells and hope as many as possible recover. Please contact us directly so we can look into this for you and find a suitable resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused.
Good product, lousy courier
Bulbs were good value (on an offer) & arrived in good condition. Too soon to know if they'll grow or the quality of blooms - ask me in 6 months.
Courier service on the other hand left a lot to be desired. In fairness they did arrive round about the given delivery window, but knocked on the door & legged it, leaving the parcel on the doorstep in full view of the road. Then had the nerve to send an email to say they'd left it tucked away safely in the porch (I don't have a porch) - not even in the safe place specified on the order. Fortunately I was in to pick up the parcel straight away. With a decent courier I'd have given 4 stars - but only because it'll be next year before I know how the plants will turn out.

My order was delayed by Evri, so the plants arrived 11 days after dispatch, and consequently in a poor condition.
Thompson & Morgan without prompting refunded me as they couldn't duplicate the order.
Things do go wrong in life, but its how the issue is sorted that matters.
