My order was delayed by Evri, so the plants arrived 11 days after dispatch, and consequently in a poor condition.
Thompson & Morgan without prompting refunded me as they couldn't duplicate the order.
Things do go wrong in life, but its how the issue is sorted that matters.

Brilliant customer service by T&M
Evri advised they had delivered my order, they had not. I phoned T&M customer services. They responded immediately, confirmed non-delivery and that a replacement order would be delivered within 24hrs. As promised, the plants arrived beautifully packed and in excellent condition.
I’ve used T&M for years, and happily use again.

I had found it very difficult to purchase the type of Scottish pine I needed to balance my garden, the reason I looked on line.
Plant arrived quick, packed well and is exactly what I needed.

Tulip bulbs disappointing
Unfortunately a lot of the tulip bulbs were in poor condition. In fairness, you did replace the bulbs, but even the replacements were not marvellous (but I will plant them and see how they turn out).
