Love the e tickets and reminders made it very smooth experience

We got to see the crows win against the bulldogs, plus I got high 5’s from a few crows players as they ran onto the field! Amazing time

Fabulous show, incredible vocals, exquisite costumes with a beautiful storyline. The venue was lovely and the staff are amazing and so friendly.

Easy access to the Commbank stadium via public transport. Happy to see the NSW police at work to control and manage both human and motor vehicles' movement after the game. Commbank stadium is excellent venue to host live games due to these availabilities and capabilities.

Why is there no barcode in my wallet ticket???

Stunning show... but only one major flaw, the sound mix on Michael's microphone was so low the audience couldn't hear what he was saying during (non-singing) drama scenes. I know the character is softly spoken, but the audience would love to hear what he said. Other than that, the production design, choreography, performances were all brilliant... and the music? WOW!

Very tallented actors. Thoughly enjoyed the show. It was worth coming to Sydney to see the show.

Easy to buy and easy to use the tickets from app at venue

Fortitude Music Hall did such an amazing job with the lighting and making her performance a memorable one for my lil sister and me. We absolutely love Ella Mai.

Locked my account alleged suspicious activity. Will not allow me to access unless I provide drivers licence or other identification. Why would I do this with it possibly being hacked. You cannot get help so missing oresale good seating.
Crap service

It was the first time I’ve been to the Princess Theatre line entry was quick prices for drinks were good and the Aircon is fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like is the smoke machine. It’s toxic. No one should be breathing it in No band needs smoke to create an ambience in a venue, specially an indoor one.looking forward to coming again hopefully smoke free 🙏🏼

I paid additional charge for a refund of tickets.
I was unable to attend the concert as I was and still am in hospital.
I have attempted on several occasions to get my ticket cost back and the insurance company that Ticketmaster use are fraudulent.
They refuse to refund my tickets.
I will from now on avoid Ticketmaster to book any tickets

Great experience to see many bulldogs fan turn up to the game to watch the kings birthday clash between bulldogs vs eels which was one of the scrappy games of all times by 2 points at the end of the day.

Easy process

Despite a 10 minute stop during the first act due to a technical issue, this show is fantastic !!! from the staging,costumes,singing and how the story is presented, including great music, we were immediately involved emotionally in the Romanov's tragedy.

ticketmaster australia is always good to use and trustworthy, unfortunately we didnt get to the concert as I was unwell

Loved Anastasia at the Lyric. Had reasonably cheap tickets on a 4 ticket bundle at front stalls at side. Great view from there. Fabulous singers, dancers and sets. Ordering and transferring tickets easy.

I was unable to go to the game because of an injury, but Ticketmaster made it so easy to sell the tickets the day before game, sold in 5 minutes and updates were quick and honest from them, but Fees VERY HIGH, $108 dollar seats and got $67 back!! Just over 50% back was disgusting and a ripoff!!

Extremely poor customer service. I accidentally booked for the wrong session (I know, my bad). Got straight on their chat which advised I could swap for equivalent or more expensive tickets with no problems and that I would hear back from customer service within 24hrs. After many more attempts to contact them, still no response 1 week and 3 days later. Now all the tickets for the other session are sold out, we were travelling with friends from a rural area. Not happy
