This business makes it look like the official event on the website. The misleading title even mirrors the official organization. I thought I was buying 2 tickets to a women’s basketball game at the University of Arizona. Turns out I was buying fromTickets Center and could not access the tickets or get a refund. The use an AI chat bot for correspondence

I was looking to purchase tickets to the Nutcracker ballet in December. I was on the Virginia Ballet Site and was then directed to Tickets Center. Although I was shocked to see prices of $150 + per ticket I just trusted that they were legit. Big mistake. I checked Ticketmaster and they are $50-60. I now know the former is a ticket reseller that can sell for whatever they want. Downloading the tickets was a nightmare as well. Only Ticketmaster from now on. DON'T BUY from Tickets Center and go to 2xs the shows for the same $$$.

I used ticket master to purchase tickets for "Water for Elephants" at the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center and also purchased a parking ticket ($29) for the event on Sun Oct 18.
When we arrived in Sacramento at the 2119 P Street Peacock Lot we realized it was 1 mile (a 25 min walk) to the SAFE Union Performing Arts Center.
It was really poor choice by ticket master as there were lots of parking spaces available directly by the SAFE Credit Union. This event was on a Sunday.

Outrageous Markups and Unfair Ticket Policies!

Extremely disappointed with Ticket-center! Their ticket prices for the same events can be significantly higher than what you find on other platforms like StubHub and other ticket resale websites.

My advice: ALWAYS compare prices across multiple platforms before purchasing from Ticket-center!

To make matters worse, once you purchase tickets, all sales are final, with little to no flexibility to cancel, modify, or get a refund.

It's frustrating that customers are expected to pay such inflated prices without reasonable flexibility or protection.

These crazy markups are simply unacceptable! Ticket-center needs to rethink its pricing practices and put customers first.

Do yourself a favor: shop around before buying. You could save a significant amount of money elsewhere!

I found Tickets Center to be very misleading. When I received my tickets, they were priced at $25 per ticket or $50 for the two, but I was charged $136 plus fees of $22 for the two tickets. That is an incredible mark up. I thought I was purchasing from the actual venue and will not use Tickets Center in the future.

As of now we are having a horrible and frustrating experience with Tickets Center. First of all, We’re having an extremely tough time communicating with them. They say we have seats but not the ones we ordered. As of now we see NO seats bought even though they’ve indicated otherwise. They are beyond overpriced but that’s on me, not them. They also falsified information about seat availability. They said only 4 seats were left and if we didn’t purchase quickly we’d lose them. The ENTIRE SECTION was available I found out afterwards. Worst of all is that they SAY we have specific seats and they list the numbers yet the venue says THOSE SEATS are still available for sale!
ZERO ability to work with them online and NO phone communication. On the phone they say they’re tied up and send you to a link which is completely ineffective as a communication tool. The link just gives generic feedback like ‘enjoy your event’ after you’ve asked several questions. They answer nothing but give automated robotic feedback.
As of now I’d give them a zero rating but that choice isn’t given in your rating.
We are not confident that we have any seats at all.
IF THEY DO PULL THROUGH WITH ACCURATE HONEST TICKETS I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW.
I have alerted my credit card company and will pursue others measures as well eventually.

Really expensive and high markups, really rely on people not checking for direct sales

Over charges for tickets. Instead buy tickets directly from seller.

Wow. These guys make Ticketmaster look like a 5 star business.
Ordered tickets at 1045. Get an email at 12 saying tickets no longer available and the seller has offered replacements. Went from front Row next to the stage to the next section over row 10. I begrudgingly accept. 30 min later same email. These are not available and seller has offered replacements in Sec 110 Row X. The back row at the far end of the arena after originally purchasing for front row next to the stage. They think this is acceptable. UNREAL. This was the worst ticket purchase I have ever endured. Trying to get a refund now. I guess we will see how that goes.

Tickets are overpriced. No refunds accepted. Tickets that I purchased were marked up purchase from Ticketmaster at 4 x actual cost

Placed an order and my credit card was charged immediately...Never received a confirmation email (as told I would) never received an order # so trying to communicate with them was impossible without the Order #...I will never use this company again and I have filed for a refund...No contacts whatsoever...Would avoid them at all costs....

A concert ticket was purchased by an unauthorized user of my credit card. When I found out about this - about 30 minutes later - I reached out to them to cancel the ticket since I did not authorize the purchase via their chat, since it was after hours for their call center. They refused to refund me, even though I had been scammed and a victim of fraud. They reached out via phone "to see if I had been adequately helped" but I couldn't answer because I was at work. They also texted me a chat link. After work I tried to call them back but the automated phone service doesn't let you go ANYWHERE without an order number, which I didn't have since I didn't purchase the tickets. So I joined the chat link, and they just reiterated that they would not refund "my" fraudulent purchase. I was scammed out of $79 by this company and had to cancel my credit card.

My Experience with Tickets-Center.com

I was very disappointed with my parking experience with Tickets-Center.com. They charged us $50 for parking in an unsafe neighborhood more than a 30-minute walk from the venue. We were unfamiliar with the area and trusted them to provide a safe, convenient option. Instead, the venue’s security staff drove us back to our car and advised us to move it to a safer location, which cost us an additional $25.

When I contacted Tickets-Center.com, their response was essentially, “Too bad.” Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. We have another concert coming up, but the parking they assigned is again far from the venue, and they refuse to move us closer.

I strongly recommend avoiding their parking services.

They sold fake tickets. Their "Chat With Us" feature is garbage; the AI wasn't helpful and there was no way to connect to a real person.

I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay away from Tickets-Center.com (Event Tickets Center). This is a predatory secondary marketplace that will take your money and fail to deliver your tickets, leaving you with absolutely nothing.
I placed an order (Order #7676949) and was fully charged, but the tickets were never successfully delivered to my email or my Ticketmaster account. When you try to resolve the issue, customer service forces you into a frustrating loop of automated "retransfer" claims. They continually insist the tickets were sent, yet the actual digital assets remain completely broken and entirely inaccessible in reality.
They use deceptive tactics to hide behind a fake "buyer guarantee" while refusing to issue a refund for services they completely failed to provide. I have been forced to escalate this entire nightmare by filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB Complaint #25392442) and am currently initiating a credit card chargeback with my bank for non-delivery of services.
Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Buy your tickets directly from official primary box offices or highly reputable, verified exchanges. Tickets-Center is an absolute scam that leaves paying customers empty-handed. Stay far away!

I never received the tickets which I paid $747.74, and was told I would not get a refund. I attempted to contact them numerous times, but could only speak via chat. I was told that they would keep me updated on the status, but they never once reached out to me with any updates. SeatGeek never received the ticket transfer which Tickets Center alleged to have made. I feel this place is a scam and should be investigated. I have submitted an investigation referral to the Better Business Bureau.

Absolute rip off. 2x the price it should be and they are impossible to reach. I realized too late that they were not the venue so that's on me- but wow. Never again and buyer beware.

This company sucks. It just sucks. They cannot find my tickets, so I'm going to the credit card company to get my money back.

TicketCenter inflates the ticket cost. Go to Ticketmaster. Radio City Music Hall Rockettes was half the price at Ticketmaster versus TicketCenter. I hope this helps others to save on tickets for various venues.

I thought they were ticket master. Nope just a reseller. I ended up paying double of what the tickets were actually selling for on ticket master. My fault for clicking fast. Then the time ticker to hurry and buy. Go through ticket master only. Put these guys out of business. I could start my own company and charge double like them too. They end up going through ticket master anyway. Unreal.
