I felt rushed, so many things to be paid for

I purchased tickets thinking I was doing business with Ticketmaster. They charged me at least 2x what Ticketmaster is charging for the same tickets, and they would not honor my request for return and full refund even though I contacted them immediately after purchasing and realizing my error just a few hours later in the same day. TIcketmaster also has many more seating options available. There is no reason for this price gouging. Please check the real Ticketmaster website for better options and prices. Do not do business with these people.

I would not recommend using this site. There is no customer service when you encounter a problem. My tickets are not even going to arrive in time for the event. My customer service communication is with an AI representative which is a waste of time and is no help. There solution is a 10% discount on future orders. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

It was easy and fast

Pretty good, I was stressed out by the clock ticking and I wish I could have seen the seat selection exactly. As you had it presented I could only see the section. I'm bringing my little grand daughter and am concerned for her to be able to see well.
TCAP/Nashville ballet has a great system in that regard

This ticket provider took the payment but will not send me a ticket until one day before the event.

The 4 solicitations at the end that you have to click thru to get to end are most unwelcome.

Very disappointing experience. I was honestly surprised that Cirque de Italia does not accept cards for purchases inside. If you want to buy food, drinks, or merchandise, you have to withdraw cash, and there is a lady there who charges you an additional fee just to make the withdrawal.

It felt very inconvenient and unnecessary, especially nowadays when almost every event accepts card payments. Having to pay an extra fee just to access your own money so you can spend it inside made the whole experience frustrating.

Unfortunately, this really affected our overall experience and I would not go back.

Straight up lied on the website. It said all tickets are together unless noted. Well I it wasn't noted until I received the tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Just go directly to the course they will over charge then not offer any resolution.

Unfortunately, Tickets-Center is a scam. Bought tickets from them 3 months before the concert. They promised delivery the date before the concert but, despite multiple emails and chat, didn't deliver them. Then, TWO HOURS BEFORE THE CONCERT, they said that "unfortunately, we won't be able to deliver them" and offered me worse seats at the same price.

TOTAL FRUSTRATION! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME and MY SITUATION!! I HAVE NO CELL/SMART PHONE CURRENTLY. SO I CANNOT RECEIVE MY 2 TICKETS? WHY CAN'T I RECEIVE MY 2 TICKETS VIA ANOTHER METHOD? ''SORRY YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED, NOTHING WE CAN DO''..... RIGHT THIS IS ''ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE'' ! I'll be posting this failure everywhere and telling everyone I know how pathetic your Company is with. Zero Help !

I searched for the official Ticketmaster/box office for this event. Tickets-Center used a deceptive, sponsored search ad to intercept my search. They misrepresented themselves as the primary seller and charged me a $200 markup on the base ticket price under false pretenses. They refuse to cancel the order despite immediate notification of the error."

I wouldn’t trust these people to secure tickets to an abandoned parking lot carnival. You most likely won’t receive them and if you do you paid a minimum of double the price per ticket.
