I purchased tickets on what I would SWEAR was the right date and I THOUGHT I was on the site of the source of the event but they are predatory in their marketing. Now I cannot get a refund and am stuck with tickets for wrong day and purchased via a 3rd party that I did not want.

This company relies on name confusion with major ticket resellers for placement (or ad buys), but their pricing is predatory. Check the venue or other sites, because I just paid about three times what I should have and have no way to get a refund. It was my mistake, but don’t buy tickets from tickets center.

If I could negative stars I would. BUYER BEWARE! I went to see how much a parking pass would be for an event 9 months from today. Inadvertently ordered and now they have told me too bad so sad can't cancel. Horrible customer service and rude! DO NOT USE!

THIS IS A RESALE TICKET COMPANY, THEY BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER, THEN RESELL THEM FOR MORE THAN TWICE AS MUCH. WHEN I PURCHASED MY TICKETS, I THOUGHT I WAS ON THE ORIGINAL TICKMASTER WEBSITE!!! THEY HAVE TICKETMASTER WRITTN ALL OVE THE PAGE!!! I PAID $189 PER TICKET, BOUGHT 3, AND WHEN I HIT ENTER, ANOTHER PAGE APPEARED THAT SAID TICKET-CENTRAL!!!! I KNEW I WAS IN TROUBLE SO I TRIED CONTACTING THEM AND THEY WON'T TALK TO YOU. IMMEDETLY GOOGLED TICKETMASTER AGAIN AND SCROLLED DOWN AND FOUND THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE! THOSE SAME TICKETS WERE $70 EACH!!!!!!!!! THEY REFUSE TO RFUND ME MY MONEY. I AM CONTACTING MY BANK, REDDITT, (WHICH SAYS THEY ARE A FRAGULENT GROUP) AND WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT! THEY EVEN MADE A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD WITH AN INSURANCE CO $35 DOLLARS I DID NOT APPROVE!

I paid more than double the venue's price for a ticket using this site. I was not paying attention and I thought I was at the venue's site, but of course I was not. I paid $149 for a seat. A few minutes later I visited the venue's site where the seat next to mine was open and cost $60. Five minutes later I entered a chat with TicketsCenter and they refused to offer a refund. This was highway robbery. My next complaint is going to the BBB.

Buyer Beware! Poor customer service. Just reiterated the same talking points multiple times and didn't care about anything I had to say. Ridiculously overpriced and got little to no help from customer service. Think about what event you are going to and how much tickets would be through the venue or entertainers website. Just reiterated the same talking points with a condescending attitude and couldn't provide any helpful information at all. Once they have your money they do not care at all.

I just bought 3 concert tickets row 3 and they sent me row 15 - trying to chat with AI service rep - not helpful - tells me these are my seats - why would I buy row 15 when row 14 seats were cheaper! Bait and Switch - buyer beware - take a snapshot of your selection before you buy or your a SOL! - last time I use this site!

I purchased 2 tickets for Beauty and the Beast play at $532 (3 times) more than what Segerstrom would charge. Never received my tickets. Went to the theater and was told my seats were reserved under different names. Purchased 2 tickets just before the play started at discounted price of $39 per seat. This is not fair. Segerstrom should have strict buying policies to protect customers.
Lesson learned verify the site before purchase. I was on segerstrom website. Didn't realized when I chose the seats it went to outside vendor. NEVER AGAIN!!!

If I could do zero stars I would. I purchased Harry Styles tickets for $1000 and never received them. In an endless loop from 6pm the day prior until 3 hours before the show I was “assured” I would receive the tickets, told I received them and yet they never were in my account. 100% guarantee not honored and now I am out the money. I have requested a refund only to receive no reply. I’m seeking legal counsel for this. Do not trust this company.

I was charged a total of $416 for 3 tickets through TicketCenter that would cost $47.25 each for a total of $141.75 if purchase directly through the theatre. It looked as if I was on the theatre’s website. I will never purchase tickets through TicketCenter again. Be careful to notice if you’re purchasing through the actual event’s website or through TicketCenter which looks like you’re on the actual website but overcharges by a ridiculous amount. **I’ve tried multiple times and multiple ways to contact them using the phone numbers provided by TicketCenter. It is impossible to reach a human being. I even purchased cancellation insurance, which only gives you back a percentage of what you paid. I still cannot get a hold of anyone to use my cancellation insurance! My advice: do not purchase tickets through TicketCenter! **TicketCenter provides phone numbers. You will NOT, under any circumstance, be able to speak with a human. You will go into a phone loop. I’m saving you an hour of frustration by telling you, the phone numbers will not get you to a customer service representative. AND TAKE NOTE: Most of the 5 star reviews are by “invitation.” The 1 and 2 star reviews are “unprompted.”

Don't trust this site they will over charge you and offer you a 10% off your next perches because they couldn't help you. I bought parking pass and did not receive it. I check with justpark again today and still no pass I did everything they said to do and still no pass. They say they have a 100% buyers guarantee for valid tickets but they don't help you figure out what happened to them and they will not refund your money. Check the BBB and you'll see they are not trust worthy. Just buy tickets from the actual vender its much cheaper and it's much better to deal with the actual company that sells the ticket vs a company that can blame someone else for why you didn't get them and keep your money.

Absolutely ridiculous when our concert is rescheduled from a SATURDAY to a THURSDAY, that we don’t get our money back. Never again.

Didn't receive tickets. Contacted them several times before the event. Traveled 3 hours for event, paid for hotel and then 5 min before arriving at hotel received email that event tickets were cancelled. I called several times earlier in the day and was told tickets would arrive prior to the event. They did refund the ticket price but that does compensate for travel and hotel expenses for a concert we were unable to attend.

This website is a RIP OFF!! Never use this website to purchase tickets. Much cheaper going directly to event webpage.

I never received the tickets I ordered and had no recourse. Paid $538.00 for two tickets to see The Red Clay Strays in Pittsburgh Oct 1, 2026 and never got them. Contacted the company and they were no help. Use Ticketmaster!! I have never had a problem with rhem.

I never received my tickets and was not able to attend the event. The day before the event, I contacted their customer service through the posted phone number. I couldn't talk to anyone, only do a "Chat", that's not "CUSTOMER SERVICE". The chat was with "AI" and i got no real response to my problem. "AI" then "ELEVATED" my chat. After, the that "Chat", unknown if it was a real person, there was still no tickets. The next day I was able to search and found another "Customer Service" phone number. I finally talking to a real person. I gave them my name, email and telephone number to cross reference the order. Their response was, "They were UNABLE to find an order." Ultimately without tickets, myself, my wife and two friends were not able to attend the concert that I paid $686.25 for seven months ago. Today I requested a full refund. Their response was a 10% discount on my next order. Needless to say, I will NEVER place an order with TicketsCenter again.

They referred LYSTED..and yet that ticket could not be resold.
Terrible customer service...they totally forget that people are the reason they are in business. Do not let the PRECIOUS emails fool you...they lie.
My tickets belonged to season ticket holders...they sold at a premium.
I will never purchase from this company again... Oh and don't ask to speak to a supervisor because they don't have supervisors.. and yet when I called back lo and behold it was a supervisor isn't that nice she lied to me... And yet he said he was a Christian. He was right there letting that person take all my anger and frustration.. and just let it happen

The site offered the same seats for every show at 5x the ticket price.

How can they list the same seats for every show unless the venue is selling the tickets and the venue involved only sells through Ticketmaster?

The name is intentionally close to Ticketmaster.
