Fraudulent website, fraudulent ticket sales. 4x the cost of the actual tickets on the venue website. they don't deliver tickets until 2 days before, via pdf.
they don't issue refunds or allow for cancellations.
They offer that you can resell them through Lysted, but they don't have many legit ratings, either.
I called the venue directly, and apparently Tickets Center is not a valid seller of tickets for their venue, and tickets would have been cancelled at the door.
the reviews here are likely false. Check reddit scams and reddit concerts if you want a real taste of what this operation does.

the rudest people. i had 3 questions to ask he kept cutting me off to ask for my credit card and that when im ready call back and ask for drew like 4 times like a robot and then during my last question he hung up on me, i called back saying the guy hung up on me when i got someone and then that person hung up on me and then they blocked my phone calls and sent a text that i can only order online.

I purchased tickets here but received the wrong row (lower level) and $400 upcharge that did not have an explanation. I called, emailed and used the chatbot many times- to show screenshots of what happened and it was frustrating at first, but I was finally offered credit for tickets to a future show, which we used. So, I have to say thank you, they were more than accommodating but it just took some persistence.

Will never use again. Will never TRUST. They waited too long to give me access to my tickets, in fact I NEVER got access from TicketsCenter. 45 minutes before Ball Game Time they changed our seats to different location and informed my expensive game tickets had been transferred to SG ticket provider. I did not have SG APP, and could not access their APP. Thank GOD, I went to Comerica Park Will Call window and provided my email, and Ball Park did have my records. All this caused undue stress and worry as I was from out of town, long drive, $$$ ticket and parking already spent with this unreliable company. We had planned to enter stadium 2 hours prior to first pitch, for early dinner. They ruined our game day 8/28/26!

User friendly accessibility and payment processing utilized appropriate safe guards. So far so good.

Order # 6932709. Two seats Section CC Row D for $169 each. When selecting they were listed as excellent seats. Adjoining section on each side were $59 each (which I was unaware of at the time). After an exasperating chat with some bot, I was told I could not change or cancel the confirmed seats. Nor was anhonest explanation as to why exact same seats on each side were $110 cheaper. I did purchase seat insurance as well. If this is how you rip off honest customers, I want nothing to do with you ever again!

Complete scam!! Sold me fraudulent tickets. Posed as the venue as soon as I noticed that I had not purchased from the venue asked for a refund. the venue said they do this all the time. They know the tickets are not valid. Beware this is a total scam site.

Do I get tickets in the mail? Or do I pick up at box office?

They show up as official booking site for an event and then charge 2-3 times the price. They make is very difficult for someone to tell and refunds are not possible. They also offer parking and change 3-4 times. It is really a legitimatized spam. My parking ticket is not available from their link and it is impossible to get past they bot which is most unhelpful. At this time, I am going to forgo $50 parking which costs only $12.50. Never use them for anything.
