Easy to use.

It was very difficult frankly. And I don’t appreciate being tried to sell 15 other items as I’m checking out otherwise fine.

The process was very smooth and simple. Will use this site from now on!!!
And the prices were cheaper.

Everything was very easy for me to navigate the website. I am not to internet worthy but I was able to purchase tickets very easily .

So far so good….hopefully ticket delivery goes as smoothly as purchase!

They sold me tickets with a 21 year age limit without displaying that anywhere. It was not apparent until I opened the email with the tickets. If I researched the venue, and looked at all of the locations on a separate web browser, then I would know.
There is no customer service contact.
**** update: I ranted with their chat bot when I realized what had happened. It was useless. However, the next morning I did get two phone calls from their customer service at ~7am. I held firm that I wanted a refund and not just some of the money back and they eventually agreed finishing with the call after the event (it was a total of 3-4 phone calls. And they had offered 40% back when I had said all or nothing, right before agreeing tot he refund, but they did call me back to let me know it went through.) so, i changed my review to three stars…

Very easy and fast. However, seat view would make it perfect.

The Parking Passes were deceitful. They were tagged as being the cheapest available but weren't even in the stadium parking. They were off-site at a gas station.
You won't get these details until after you pay, confirm, & receive the tickets. VERY SHADY!

Not real enthused about this service. I don't like waiting until the last minute to get my tickets. Then, I get an email with individual links to each ticket and instructions to bookmark each one individually so I can access the at the venue entrance. No saving to Wallet on my phone - total reliance on internet access at the gate being available. Customer service is only via chat and mostly a non-human. I'd rather buy directly from ticketmaster.

can't see in interactive chart with seating and rows. When I purchased the tickets it didn't give me a seat # so I couldn't see exactly where I was sitting, just the section. I would have liked to be able to see where the seats were not just the section and make a selection on that

The service was great. I made my purchase without any hiccups. I have great seats too.

Simple, easy and I like that deals were offered after. I do wish that we could have access to those deals at a later point if we weren’t ready at this time but other than that great.

The site does not provide the exact seat numbers, this would help the buyer determine which exact seats to ensure the tickets are worth the price

Ordering and purchasing was very fast and easy

Fraudulent website, fraudulent ticket sales. 4x the cost of the actual tickets on the venue website. they don't deliver tickets until 2 days before, via pdf.
they don't issue refunds or allow for cancellations.
They offer that you can resell them through Lysted, but they don't have many legit ratings, either.
I called the venue directly, and apparently Tickets Center is not a valid seller of tickets for their venue, and tickets would have been cancelled at the door.
the reviews here are likely false. Check reddit scams and reddit concerts if you want a real taste of what this operation does.

the rudest people. i had 3 questions to ask he kept cutting me off to ask for my credit card and that when im ready call back and ask for drew like 4 times like a robot and then during my last question he hung up on me, i called back saying the guy hung up on me when i got someone and then that person hung up on me and then they blocked my phone calls and sent a text that i can only order online.

I purchased tickets here but received the wrong row (lower level) and $400 upcharge that did not have an explanation. I called, emailed and used the chatbot many times- to show screenshots of what happened and it was frustrating at first, but I was finally offered credit for tickets to a future show, which we used. So, I have to say thank you, they were more than accommodating but it just took some persistence.
