This tickets site buys up ad space in Google search results and mimics Ticketmaster in its branding and user experience but offers no customer support, refunds, or exchanges. It also charged both my credit card and PayPal despite me only entering my card. Scammy bad experience

Did everything on the prompts and had to re-do 3 times before it would accept the order. Tried credit card and no luck. Went to debit card and it finally worked.

It was easy to use to a point
It was easy to use, but felt I was being scammed at the end with the hidden $29.00 per month charge for something I had not idea what I was paying for.

Dipped into thinking this was the official event web site. Put the kids down and focus if your buying tickets in this site. It’s an overpriced scam.

Total scam - and no refund despite buyer guarantee
Total scam. Stay away. Bought tickets to Pro Motocross and they sold me invalid tickets. I contacted then for their 100% buyer guarantee, proved the tickets were invalid. They refused to give me my money back. They are in vioalion of NY law which requires invalid tickets receiving a full refund. They also sell speculative ghost tickets which is against ny state law without providing clear details they are selliing tickets which they do not possess.

avoid this scam company
I was charged $539 per ticket for 2 tickets to the Wizard of
Oz at the Sphere in Las Vegas, I could have bought the same tickets from Ticket Master for $299 per ticket. and to make this even worse, the tickets were sent to me by Ticketmaster. Ticket center is a scam and a ripoff.

tickets had a 21 year age limit for that section
They sold me tickets with a 21 year age limit without displaying that anywhere. It was not apparent until I opened the email with the tickets. If I researched the venue, and looked at all of the locations on a separate web browser, then I would know.
There is no customer service contact.
**** update: I ranted with their chat bot when I realized what had happened. It was useless. However, the next morning I did get two phone calls from their customer service at ~7am. I held firm that I wanted a refund and not just some of the money back and they eventually agreed finishing with the call after the event (it was a total of 3-4 phone calls. And they had offered 40% back when I had said all or nothing, right before agreeing tot he refund, but they did call me back to let me know it went through.) so, i changed my review to three stars…
