I really didn't like the idea of the 'bot' choosing my seats. I would have rather had that opportunity myself. Not sure why you're doing that.

It does not let me see where the seats are at. Was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying tickets. I’m used to buying them to Ticketmaster or 313 303 .6119.

This is a total scam and fraudulent…
This is a total scam and fraudulent company that apparently allows sellers to use their platform and charge credit cards without authorization and then refuse to reverse charges once they know the customer was scammed. Spent over an hour trying to get unauthorized charges tickets to my credit card reversed and they could care less. Had to cancel card as best anyways since compromised then let bank handle the reversal. They could have easily just reversed once I received an email from them informing me of the charges. Their better business bureau reports are awful. Google tells loads of stories and accounts of people being scammed by thus fraudulent company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I didn’t do business with them and they still scammed me. Just got thru with BBB and they had over 380 cases.

After ignorantly spending $2058 on 2 tickets to see Brandi Carlile in the 2nd row at Red Rocks Amphitheater on 9/13/26 we arrived to discover our tickets were not available. We spent money on airfare, car rental, hotel,
and associated expenses. Tickets Center sent us seemingly valid updates daily to assure our ticket purchase was legitimate. We arrived early to get the bad news. We missed the first two songs from opener Srephen Wilson Jr while negotiating with the actual legitimate site AXS. We paid additional money to get two seats for a sold out show. I can not say enough nice things about AXS. We actually got to see most of an amazing show. "Tickets Center" Just say NO WAY!!!! Invalid tickets for VALID MONEY....

Ticketmaster scam
This tickets site buys up ad space in Google search results and mimics Ticketmaster in its branding and user experience but offers no customer support, refunds, or exchanges. It also charged both my credit card and PayPal despite me only entering my card. Scammy bad experience

Did everything on the prompts and had to re-do 3 times before it would accept the order. Tried credit card and no luck. Went to debit card and it finally worked.

It was easy to use to a point
It was easy to use, but felt I was being scammed at the end with the hidden $29.00 per month charge for something I had not idea what I was paying for.
