Dealing with Tick Insurance has always easy and fuss free. Everything is easy to navigate and well explained. Have been using Tick for many years when travlling overseas and will continue.

It ws a simple process to apply and provide all relevant medical issues. Your price was also the cheapest that I have encountered.

Six days after responding to TICK’s request for additional information, I have still received no further contact.
This is precisely the kind of delayed communication and failure to respond that contributed to my original financial loss. Despite the urgency of my claim and repeated escalation requests, I was left without a definitive written outcome before my travel deadline.
I now have a further deadline of 15 October 2026 concerning EAA’s offer of $1,000 for non-financial loss, while my broader claims-handling concerns remain unanswered.
It is appalling that a customer should have to go to these lengths simply to obtain a meaningful response and accountability. My concerns extend beyond policy coverage to the advice I received, the handling and communication of my claim, and whether the relevant provisions of the General Insurance Code of Practice 2020 have been followed.
Given my experience, I am seriously concerned about whether urgent matters are being treated with the timeliness and responsiveness they deserve. I remain willing to engage constructively, but I should not have to continually pursue an insurer for answers to specific, documented concerns.
