After using another travel insurance company for many many years Tick was suggested to us. Whilst we have never had to make a claim we have found the price and level of cover to of complete satisfaction for us and the pricing to be more affordable. We are in the process of planning a big trip next year and I purchased a policy that I later found out I was over insured for and Tick advised me of the policy to choose and are in the process of refunding me which of course all helps when travelling these days. Great customer service and communication .

This is the second time I've booked with Tick. They offer a great insurance policy. It's easy to understand what's included and what's not, and easy to find the answers to any questions I had. The rate was quite reasonable

I have used TICK Travel Insurance for over 5 years now, sometimes several times a year and found them to be very competitive and easy to complete when filling out the application forms. Fortunately, I have'nt had to make a claim to prove their worth.

I always use tick travel insurance when i travel overseas never had to use it but its a great feeling knowing i gave security there. There customer service is awsome i calked to get some questions answerd and very proffessional in giving me the correct information and also emailing me documents in relation to my insurance.
