4.7 star what a joke
Everything you will see 5 stars when you don’t have to claim or refund. I bought it travel insurance from tick I have to cancel my travel plan due to unrest situation. But when I just ask for refund there is so much drama after finally I got a 50% refund . Surprised me to 4.7 star what a joke

I have used Tick several times and…
I have used Tick several times and thought they would be ok in the event of needing to claim. But that was not the case. I had a flight cancelled and rescheduled for the following day so we missed a prepaid night of accommodation in Bali.
On return I put in a claim via the portal which was totally useless and did not go through so I repeated and again no success so I emailed and eventually had someone send forms to fill in.
They then knocked me back saying I had shortened my holiday and that’s not covered. Seriously ridiculous outcome from obviously a scam insurance company

Price was great, especially with the discount. Answering the medical screening questions was easy to do. It would help if all answers were saved when exiting the quote.

No response on queries. Quotes changing everytime you look. Ridiculous. So dont know what to expect if there really is a claim
