Tick Travel Insurance Reviews 

I have been trying to set up an account but it will not verify my email and said it is a server problem. Try again later. This has been going on for 3 days. Thinking my money is gone and this is a scam.
Literally 30 min after doing this review it was fixed.
I waited 3 days then I'm in.

Website easy to use, customer service phone call was very helpful, and previous claim made was efficiently lodged and responded to by Tick Insurance.
Very satisfied with this insurance company , and have used again for our next trip.

It’s easy to navigate the website. Good selection of options. Competitive pricing and the only time I have claimed on my many travels was make stress free.

TICK has a terrible interface on their website. Authentication does not arrive (first time I received authentication after around five attempts but never again) as stated on my mobile phone so logging into their site to review a claim or see my claim proved impossible. I was able to login once only and supplied all the required information (which is extensive) for two claims and then got email verification that one had been submitted and one had been saved, although both confirmed as submitted when I was lodging the claims (travel expenses + medical). Could not logon to check (no authentication) so had to call. Recording was repetitive and head numbing, stating I was caller three and wait time less than 5 minutes (on repeat), 30 minutes later I was answered and advised of issues with authentication. Representative said first he'd heard of it (Really !!!). Anyway he could not see the Travel Expenses claim at all (even though it said 'submitted' on their portal only yesterday). Just a terrible website, a terrible call Centre and I could not be bothered dealing with this company or their amateur service anymore. Steer clear of TICK is my advice. I have had flawless claims processed professionally via other insurance companies, without angst, in the past and I will never utilize this mob again. Would advise any travelers to look elsewhere - much better options available.

Easy to apply

Tick gave me lots of options, was great value and so easy to sign up.

Good experience. I have used Tick for several trips & found them to be reliable & reasonably priced.

Easy to organise travel insurance. Competitive Price. I luckily haven't had to use them so can't comment on that.

Have been using Tick Insurance for many years now. I find their pricing and policies very competitive. Have yet to ever make a claim, but from what others have told me, if I did make a claim it seems to be an easy process, which is good to know.

Did some research, look at reviews and this came up with a few others. At the end it came down to price and inclusions and this came out as the best choice for us.

Having checked out a few insurance companies by reading reviews and checking prices, Tick seemed like a good option.
I had a couple of questions which were answered very promptly by their team.
I am now covered for my upcoming trip at a very competitive cost and feel I am in good hands.

I'd like to say my great thank you to the staff, when I rang up, who was helpful with patience to go through it all questionaires and till I finalised the payment. There was a moment take longer when the computer system was very very slow or double slow and all details of my card has been done but I had to repeat the details as system frozen (?) he couldn't see it's done or not and again nothing show up. So he tried to ring me back with the office other number and to re do again and successful. Price is reasonable. I also want to say thank you to Tick company who gave me Birthday discount as this September is my birthday and my youngest sister's birthday and we will travel together. And Thank you for giving me opportunity to write a feedback. Have a nice day at work.
