Have used tick for many years and have always had zero issues my daughter recently had a claim and she stated she had no issues claiming easy process

I got a quote sent to me through email & I had some difficulties trying to pay for it so I phone Tick Insurance direct & the lady was fantastic helped me through booking & paying for my insurance, we always use Tick very happy with you.

The customer service girl was fantastic. She was polite, accurate and lovely to speak to. She made the experience flawless and enjoyable.
I will use Tick again thanks to her.

Neither like nor dislike. Tried to make a claim once and was rejected as it was supposedly not covered by the policy. Sometimes, it feels like buying travel insurance is a waste of money but when you are travelling, you need a bit of assurance hence why people buy it. Pray I never have to use it.

Hi Tick team, I've taken out several Tick Travel Insurance policies over the years. I found the questions and information to be clear & straight forward when applying. On one occasion I needed help with a medical disclosure question. A phone call to Tick and it was sorted out by a friendly staff member. Cheers.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude staff. Do not respond to enquiries, lie about getting back to you. Do your research and use a reputable travel insurance company, not this one.
