Tick Travel insurance is a fairly straightforward website to use. The quotes provided are competitively priced.
Unlike other travel insurance operators, Tick Travel do not appear to have an app.
Other competitors have apps, which are far simpler to use and give quotes and a mechanism to purchase a product. Once cover is bought, the details of the cover are provided to all parties via the app.
Help whilst overseas has not yet been utilised by me, so I am unable to comment on the standard of service provided.
I have suggested to your competitors, that a ‘no claims discount’ for existing customers might be an attractive option and garner more customers.
I thank Tick Travel for the competitive pricing points for cover. That is what has drawn me back as a regular customer.

Clear and easy purchase process, and reasonable price!

Tick Travel Insurance application is straightforward and easy to follow. The premium of the Policy is a reminder that once reaching?70 years of age, the medical coverage becomes a costly addition. But this would seem to be an industry standard, and a reminder to travel when younger!!
All correspondence is answered promptly, and politely.
I have not had to make a claim with Tick Insurance, so cannot comment on this.

The purchasing process is easy and the price fair. I have been using Tick for some time but have not had to make a claim, so I can't comment on that aspect.

I find Tick very easy to setup and they are always good value.

Have using your insurance for many years and it is a good price and makes me feel that if something dose go wrong you are there.

Policies are very well priced and any questions you may have are answered promptly. Keep up the good work team!
