Great service from Leamington Spa. Friendly efficient staff especially Patryk. Thank you for your help. Clean units. Ample parking. Lifts and trolleys. Good security. Fantastic experience all round. Would highly recommend.

5 star experience from start to finish and so well looked after by James and Shane. Had space for 18 months or so while building a house and will defo do again if required.

Dave the store manager has been an outstanding help, always going above and beyond, hands on with assistance and advice. The site itself is well-priced, recently refurbished that makes it look new, well-set out with great access and lots of options and excellent security. My dog loved visiting and he was made to feel like a king, which was a small but tremendously cool bonus! I am really glad I chose to use Titan, it worked out perfectly and I would highly recommend using Titan to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

The facilities are absolutely amazing with easy access and a large number of different storage options. It's also easy to upgrade or downgrade sizes. The site manager, James, was super helpful and always answered any questions. We used the storage for about 4 years and never encountered any problems. After comparing prices at different storage facilities, we found that this one had the lowest price but the highest quality. I highly recommend them.

James and Shane at the Bracknell branch of Titan are literally life savers ! A delayed completion on a new house has meant we have had to resort to short term storage and James & Shane have gone beyond the expected levels of service to accommodate our requirements - nothing has been too much trouble . The facility is clean and feels secure and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for storage options ! Again I can only praise James and Shane for there high standard of service and for just being nice human beings !

Terrible office staff the manager rude and unprofessional to deal with. Actually, took a card payment without my consent! It was due on a Saturday couldn’t get an answer. Office was closed with shutter down! During there advertised opening times. Both ladies rude and unprofessional. Dirty and toilets disgusting 🤢

Titan Self Storage have been excellent, first class service, fabulous units and their prices are the best.

So I signed everything today for my storage unit. I was shown around, helped when needed and instructions were made very clear.
I may be 34 years old but this grown up stuff still gets to me sometimes! Kay couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. If you're a bit worried like me to do these things, and a bit out of your depth what you're looking for as I was, just know I felt so comfortable.
From being shown around the different sizes, insurance explained and down to being shown how to use the barrel lock.
I also really appreciated not being hounded. I put in for a couple of quotes from different places, others called multiple times a day until I blocked them. I had a follow up call from titan after receiving my quote, explained I was away and would be back. I was called again when I was back and when I went in the first time to look around, there was no pressure. I came back a week later to sign the documents feeling confident. Thankyou

I contacted Bracknell Titan because I needed to find a storage unit for my business. There were lots of different options and I found a unit that was perfect for what I needed. The entire building itself was always kept very clean and tidy and it was easily accessible. The manager, James has always been so friendly and approachable. He has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to help and accommodate throughout my hire period. I would not hesitate in recommending Titan to anyone who needs a storage unit.
