Pete and Patrick at the Leamington/Warwick branch were brilliant, extremely helpful and professional and helped me when I was so tired my brain was mush. Sorry I kept asking the same questions!!

Kay and Amber have been thoroughly helpful throughout our Titan Storage experience. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.
The site itself is clean, well laid out and the security is thoroughly reassuring. We would not hesitate to recommend Titan (Littlehampton) to anyone looking for reliable storage.

From the day I went in to see James (store manager) until now it has been a great experience. Everything was explained, no hidden terms or questions unanswered. There are a lot of storage units in this area but I wouldn’t consider any other over Titan from the experience I’ve had. I’ll also be recommending to others

I used Titan Storage when I took a job abroad. Wasn't sure if it would be permanent so put UK furniture into storage. Brilliant service and very helpful when I decided to make move permanent. Big thanks to Leamington and the area manager Dan O'sullivan.

Great facilities and amazing staff at the Bridgend store. They are always courteous and will literally go out of their way to help you. Highly recommended.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Dave Egan at the Telford branch is amazing. He was super patient with me and very attentive to my needs. Despite my last minute change of plans with a different company, he ensured that my move in was really smooth and has gone above and beyond to make sure I got way more than I paid for - really, truly, generous!! On the day of the move, he helped us lift the goods using the forklift and literally helped us move in too. I'm so grateful that what could have been a nightmarish day turned out to be a super fun move - all thanks to Dave!! I would highly recommend Titan for your storage needs.

I called the Braintree store and was greeted kindly over the phone by the Store Manager - Matt. I have to say the service was brilliant and Matt made the changes I needed immediately and updated me on upcoming changes to access times, system and dates with follow up emails. Highly recommend Titan! Thanks

From first contact onwards, its all gone exactly to plan. When the electronic check in failed, the manual worked.

This is the second time we have used Titan Storage at Braintree. Excellent facilities,clean ,tidy,and very easy access. Cheryl has been very helpful throughout the process. Makes house moving so much easier. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It all went very smoothly, Patryk was very helpful at the reception desk and made it very easy to move in. I couldn't be there myself but Patryk made sure the moving company knew where they had to go and opened up for them. Would recommend.

Having never had a storage unit before, everything was explained and options of different sized units shown, for us to then decide what would work best for us. Always helpful if we had any queries and the facility was always clean, felt secure and bright and airy……..thank you.
