I am extremely satisfied with the work carried out by T&K Home improvements. The whole process from beginning to end was done professionally. All work was completed on time and to a high standard. The house was cleaned leaving no mess on completion. I would thoroughly recommend their services. EB.

I have used T and K Home Improvements a few times now over the years.
First was for new windows and doors on our house. Then we got our gutters and facia replaced on our house and finally we got a couple of new UPVC windows replaced at our shop/office.
Every time the process from start to finish was faultless. Great communication, really good prices, great quality products and workmanship.
These guys are genuinely a superb company with a great reputation that they work hard to maintain every time.

My honest review of the process and the company.
My husband and I wanted a quote from T&K, the salesman's explained how much of a family business they are and how amazing they are to work for.
After getting a very high quote and not having other quotes to compare it with we decided to go with T&K because of the suppose quality.
A few days later we got scammed by the builders we hired (different company). It took us a long time to find a new builder, the T&K person that took the measurements already came and we realized the time to cancel the order had passed.
I called T&K in the hopes that they would be able to cancel the order because of our special situation, (being scammed of 1000s of pounds) and our current financial circumstances. They said it was too late and they had to install the door because of the contract but they didnt even have a date for the door to be installed.
I called a few days later to try to cancel it one more time and they still denied the cancellation even after explaining everything we went through again.
I would not recommend this company to anyone since there are other honest family businesses in MK that would charge you 3 times less for the exact same door.

The speedy response to my request for info on patio door replacement and completion of the work once a price agreed.No problems,no mess and an excellent job carried out by a professional team of fitters. (Very helpful and polite.A rare commodity these days)

I engaged the services of T&K Home Improvements to replace my aging conservatory and in all aspects they were excellent. I wanted a different style of roof rather than a like for like replacement and this was accommodated during the design stage.
The team arrived on the agreed date, removed my old conservatory and installed a new one within the week.
The fitting team were superb and I am very happy with the finished product - thank you T&K.

We had a new composite front door installed. The fitters were great and left no mess at all. The job was completed very efficiently from the sales guy to the surveyor who came.

We have had numerous compliments, even people knocking on the door asking who fitted it, so we have recommended you.

We are very pleased with the colour, the glass and the way the door fits, it's so smooth and no more draughts.

We had originally thought of having two side panels but your sales guy suggested having a wider door with one panel which really works, great advice.

We had our old conservatory demolished and a new one built on the site. From start to finish the work took about 3 weeks in April starting with the footings being dug out the to the final finish and cleaning. Not forgetting the surveyor who helped us plan the project.
We had a named person in the office who coordinated the work from start to finish and who dealt with any of our queries in a timely and efficient manner.
We were very satisfied with the efficiency of each group of workmen who worked hard to ensure that each stage of the project progressed in a timely manner. They were all very professional and experienced.
The final result has surpassed our expectations.

Had all windows in my home replaced by T&K a couple of years ago for which I am happy with. However, I requested a quote as I wanted my soffits and facia boards replaced on the front of my house and garage due to some damage but they were not interested unless they replace them on the whole house.
Very disappointed especially as I have been an existing customer.
Perhaps they may not replace the front door if you don’t have the back door done as well!!?? I didn’t ask!

We had new installation of Windows and doors. The service was seamless and T&K were very helpful throughout the process. Their prices are also affordable.

We had all the windows in the front of the house replaced including 2 big bays. We wanted some different coloured glass in some of the windows. Although this took some time to sort out we eventually got exactly what we wanted. The installation went extremely well with little or no disruption. The windows and doors were measured twice and detailed options and descriptions were given.
On the fitting day the team arrived on time and managed all the work with no wall damage, great insulation around, cleaned area after themselves and took old window and doors with them on departure. All perfectly fitted, functioning well and clean job. Thank you.

Greg Timbers came over to provide a quote for a new timber composite door. Was very friendly and thorough, had very good knowledge of the product & went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Would recommend.

Made house waterproof again with beautiful glazing allowing warm sunlight in the darkest area. Good suggestion for the door size window by Greg Timbers and brill installation esp after the roofer n subs scammer Gang left mess half undone works with raindrops seeping through with false promises.Even an newly trained buider couldnt complete left gaps with pink sealant fillers.Before TKHI.
Did not know they do more than just windows and front n back doors.
Skilled installation and know good way to get house water wind proof
again with right products and adjustments. Yes would recommend Thankyou Ref EB.

Terrible company I had a quote few weeks ago had to sit for 2.5hours , listening to all the sales pitch finally got a price which was totally way to high then proceeded to pressure me to buy ! Even used old skool tactics to call manager to get price down ! They never even sent the quote thro email I can’t believe they are allowed to trade like this and rip people off !! I will never recommend them to anyone , I had 7 quotes for window and doors they was there 45mins no sale pressure at all ,don’t use this company !!

Turned up late for 1st appointment and only had time to measure up. Arranged a 2nd visit. Measured up again and then wanted me to spend 2 hours going through "the benefits" of T&K.

I've experienced this tactic before. The aim is usually a hard sell and pressure to sign. I told them I wasn't prepared to do that and showed him the door.

Had a phone call this evening trying to pressure me into another appointment, because... they need to measure up (for a 3rd time?) and give me the 2 hour talk/sales pitch. They claimed that couldn't give me a quote because they don't have the measurements and they have to do the 2 hour talk.

Two other companies have been more than happy to pop round, measure up and send me quotes.

It's absolutely clear that T&K are wanting to get my business using hard sell techniques. Any company that needs to do that it's almost certainly over charging.

I would be interested to know how many "happy customers" were pushed into buying on the day and paid over the odds.
