Fantastic to deal with
Fantastic to deal with! Sent Steve a photo of a flush plate I was struggling to match, he came to me with an answer within about 10 minutes. Ordered and delivered in a couple of days. Would definitely use them in the future.

Great customer service
I had trouble sorting a flush replacement locally and tried a few places online. Toiletspares the only one to come back to me promptly. Correct new part sent out very quickly and downstairs toilet up and running again! Highly recommended.

This is what customer service should be.
Their next day delivery cutoff is 3pm. I phoned them at 3:10 and they said yes unfortunately DPD had picked up already, but told me Royal Mail hadn't been yet, so I rushed an order through for Royal Mail 24.
2 minutes later I get a call from the hero at toilet spares who was just double-checking that I hadn't missed something (my order was just for half a toilet valve). I didn't actually need the other part, but this was heroic attention to detail that might have saved my bacon.

Great customer service. I had placed an order online for a specific spare part that I struggled to find elsewhere and about 15 minutes later the part was sent via royal mail. I received the tracking number and 3 days later it arrived. The lady on the phone was particulary helpful. Highly recommend dealing with them.
