Toolchip were great 5 stars dpd no so great ecause i had an out of uk phone i got no text notification alerts re delivery , they are hopless in rep of ireland and in the uk you need to have their app, i didnt download it for one uk delivery ....

An enjoyable buying experience
The product was in stock and I have looked for a while elsewhere with no joy. The price was good and the journey from sale to delivery was top class. I would like to add , that the way you acknowledge and reply to customers is a funny and down to earth experience. I will definitely shop with you in the future

Still waiting for a refund
Ordered from Brick Clamps/tongs. Turns out they weren't in stock. Told stock was coming in so gave another 2 week or so. Still not in stock. Asked for a refund and still haven't received it after nearly 3 weeks. Having to get a chargeback from credit card company due to them no longer replying. Will never use again!

Ordered the pin gun, they sent it to the wrong address, I am currently trying to get refunded, so far they are refusing. Ironic that they’re marketing strategy is based around monkeys, and they seem to be as intelligent

Don’t waste your money
Placed an order, which was processed. Was then told the item was out of stock. Asked for a refund, still waiting 7 days later. Very poor communication, poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend

Tool was rubbish
Tool was rubbish, ordered a pin gun but wouldn’t even fire pins in. Asked for a refund and so far have been ignored! Avoid product and company!!!

Poor service
As a sole trader I found the service very poor, although the online site is glitzy and promising the service after purchase, in my opinion, is disappointing. I ordered goods to satisfy a job I was engaged on, the items were still not delivered after seven days, I contacted toolchimp to query the order only to be told that a third party company had yet to deliver the items. If I had known this I would have sourced the items elsewhere.

Good comms and friendly staff
Good comms, fast delivery, friendly staff. The packaging was sufficient but was clearly a very old and worn box, probably old stock or display model. But the mower was prestine condition and full warranty so all good. Would use Toolchimp again
