I found their web page very easy to use, with good clear descriptions and specifications of the products
they had for sale ,my order was quite straight forward and arrived within the time scale that they indicated
I did contact them via email and they responded promptly ,overall a very good purchase experience and I am very pleased with the Hedge trimmer

Terrible service
I called this morning (Friday 26th June) regarding an order for a Kress lawnmower that I placed on 15th June. I was informed by the person I spoke to that he will double check that item was in the warehouse and will call me back.
I received no call or email.
It is absolutely ridiculous that the item has still not been dispatched.
As such I will cancel the order and request a refund

Useless. I ordered a mower. Week later it still wasn't dispatched. Rang up to ask what happened. Had phone put down on me. Emailed them and said cancel it monday. 3 days later had confirmation. Wasted 2 weeks of my life with these jokers
Rang them again today to double check it was a refund and not store credit. Put phone down on me again. No problem. Lost my business. I wouldn't use these if they were free

The pre delivery service was good but…
The pre delivery service was good but after receiving my mower a fault occured within 48hrs of delivery but when trying to get assistance on how to get any information or help good luck.
Told they will contact you but this never happens you either sort other help or you are stuck with the item that does'nt work properly. Use a local face to face dealer and do not get burnt by this company.

Honestly I bought Stiga 748 SE from…
Honestly I bought Stiga 748 SE from tools today.Due to the cartoon instruction manual provided by Stiga I never knew about the key to go in electrical starter .I kicked off as I could not start it . Eventually through expertise at Tools Today it got resolved and machine is great. I apologise to Tools Today but I really think that Stiga need to sort out the instruction manual and put words to their cartoons . Great delivery and really helpful. Again I apologise to hassle I gave Tools Today . Thoroughly recommend this company.
