Ordered a work top and requested dimensions for it to be cut it at. This was confirmed the next day and I was allocated a delivery day. Good communication and work top was high quality exactly what I'd hoped. One of the cuts was ever so slightly bowed but this sanded down easily.

Had different widths which suited my needs - had the design I wanted at a great price . The worktop was of good quality on arrival .Delivery was good - arrived on the day expected .Had a text with delivery date & 2 hour slot. Would recommend .

Quick response about custom cuts required for my project. The worktops are gorgeous and cut as expected.

Excellent service. Used white compact laminate for bathroom windowsill and bench. Will never need replacing as totally waterproof. Lovely finish.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The solid ash worktops I received arrived in poor condition, with multiple imperfections including noticeable planer gouges, indents, and even cracks—issues that should never have passed quality control.

The company encourages you to fit and finish the worktops as soon as possible. However, even when following their own installation guidance—which also states the surfaces come pre-sanded—you are later met with impractical suggestions that would require undoing completed work, entirely at your own expense. This approach feels both unfair and misleading.

When I contacted them to raise these concerns, the response was equally frustrating. The team came across as unhelpful and inexperienced, offering little in the way of a reasonable solution or proper customer support.

Overall, the entire process—from delivery to aftercare—was handled poorly. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will certainly not be purchasing from them again in the future.

Beautiful American walnut with excellent quality throughout. The service was outstanding, with swift delivery and clear, reliable communication at every stage. From the initial sample to the bespoke cutting, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The items arrived very quickly, and the delivery team were courteous and helpful. I thought the online shopping was very straight forward, good web site design, easy to navigate and find what you required. I was also impressed by the smooth operation to push back the delivery date as we were not ready to receive the worktops, due to lack of space in our home. I phoned Top Worktops and arranged a delivery for a week later, this proved to be no hassle at all. The quality of the worktops are as good as any and would fully recommend this company.
