TOV Furniture Reviews

Wow! I was completely blown away with my purchase from TOV. I purchased the Kennedy Swivel Chair in gray and it’s absolutely gorgeous in person! It’s very classy and such a beautiful, rich color. I placed my order on a Tuesday and it arrived by that Sunday! TOV stayed in constant communication with status updates. I will be ordering from TOV again real soon and I’ve told all my friends about them too!

I recently purchased the FICKLE CREAM BOUCLE 3-PIECE CHAISE MODULAR SOFA from Tov, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This sofa is the epitome of both style and comfort. Here are a few reasons why I'm in love with it:

Luxurious Bouclé Fabric: The cream bouclé fabric not only looks incredibly elegant but is also incredibly soft to the touch. It adds a touch of sophistication to my living room.

Modular Design: The modular design of this sofa allows for great flexibility. I can rearrange the pieces to suit my space and seating needs, making it perfect for any occasion, whether I'm hosting a big gathering or just lounging alone.

Comfort Beyond Expectations: The chaise is exceptionally comfortable. I could spend hours reading or watching TV without feeling the slightest discomfort. The cushions are plush and supportive.

Sturdy Construction: The sofa is well-constructed and feels sturdy. I have no doubts about its durability, and it has held up well with regular use.

Stylish Design: The modern and minimalist design of this sofa complements various interior styles, making it a versatile choice for any home.

Easy to Clean: The bouclé fabric is surprisingly easy to clean, which is a huge plus, especially if you have pets or children.

Overall, the FICKLE CREAM BOUCLE 3-PIECE CHAISE MODULAR SOFA from Tov is a fantastic addition to my home. It's a beautiful, comfortable, and versatile piece of furniture that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their living space. I'm thrilled with my purchase and look forward to many more relaxing moments on this sofa.

I absolutely love the horseshoe table that I bought from TOV. It's sturdy, and great quality.

Easy to assemble and looks just as pictured. Love it!

Im in love with my bed! how efficient and easy the instructions were. The quality is amazing I wish they had different texture not only velvet. But other than that everything is great!

Love our bed and bar stools from TOV. Customer service is top notch. We had a delivery issue on our first order and it was handled quickly and seamlessly. Will order from TOV again!

Love this company!
Beautiful furnishings, Fast Shipping, and Excellent Customer Service! I highly would recommend checking them out!!

Great service and great quality product! TOV went above and beyond to track the status of my product when it had delivery issues from Fedex. They made sure I got the product. Thanks for the support. Would buy again.

We work with TOV a lot for inventory for our rental business. They always have amazing customer support whenever anything is wrong with an items or when we are checking on backordered pieces. Highly recommend their furniture and decor!

From start to finish, my experience with TOV furniture and Chase in particular was 5 star! I actually switched to ordering from them after having issues with another company- I am so glad I did! We love our couch and our delivery was great. We moved across the country and our couch was delivered the day we moved in! Thank you Chase and TOV! :)

What made my experience great with Tov was Ashley. As always, she was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. It is always a pleasure dealing with her.

An item I received arrived damaged, but they were very apologetic and quick to resolve. Katrina in their customer service department was very responsive and helpful. Great to see, especially after several negative experiences with other retailers in recent months.

I ordered three mirrors through TOV and unfortunately one came a little damaged as it has a very delicate grass ring around it. I contacted customer service and spoke with a lovely gentleman named Dean who was one of the most pleasant customer service reps I’ve ever worked with. He stayed in touch through email (which is extremely rare) and within a week we came to a resolution. Due to the size of the mirror and it being hard to ship back TOV decided to send me a new one free of charge without returning the damaged mirror. Some of the best customer service I have ever received from a company. I’ll definitely trust ordering from their website again.

First of all the bring my sofa with a stain I have to return it same day they kept it as store credit so I used it to buy a love seat and a coffee table which for sure they want a lot of money . I was having trouble to use the payment option since it was a credit store. Now after 3 weeks they didn’t deliver it yet they told me it may come in three more weeks which is ridiculous and unacceptable. I was better buying from amazon.

Every aspect of TOV is great. The site is clear and easy to use, the reviews and images really help one to see the details. The communication about delivery or questions are easily answered through the chat FYI. Next the package and care taken is above and beyond..no dings, bends or breaks. Then there is the fact the pieces themselves are well made, comfortable and cool. Last the marketing.... "Don't Be Boring" seals the deal...more people need this tag. Thank you TOV!

Lauryn Is a great help. She resolved the delivery issue very quickly

Loved everything! I ordered some wingback chairs for my master, dinning table chairs, and two sofas. Everyone loves them. I was able to pair them along with other furniture and decorative! I ordered during the Memorial Day Weekend sale and everything was delivered to our new home in another state on time minus a few hiccups from the delivery company and not TOV.

called me to better answer my questions... fantastic service!

Stephanie was quick in response and extremely helpful in providing me with the diagrams for the Broohah Sofa!! The sooner you all can get those up online the better!

Hello,
I have bought several pieces of Tov Furniture. I love the furniture because it is well made , beautiful, great colors and a terrific price point.
Recently, I purchased chairs and I wasn’t happy with the velvet fabric. I reached out and was in contact with their “ AFTERCARE TEAM.” I spoke with Dean several times and once or twice with Mariella and I was incredibly impressed. They were extremely well trained customer service representatives. Dean was very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. It was clear that they had protocol to follow but at the same time it was clear that they wanted the customer to be happy with the purchase. After following the Tov protocols we reached a great resolution to the problem. Thank you so. much to Dean and to Chloe Henry.
