I rang to insure our caravan and I found it hard to understand the lady I was talking too but I thought it was sorted to start the next day. I had problems paying the payment so rang and got another lady who I couldn’t really understand as English wasn’t her first language and said insurance wasn’t starting till 24th Nov month later I said there must of been a miscommunication as I did say 24th October I felt that they thought otherwise by question I had to answer

Annual renewal hits and it’s just 10% increase. No reason why - just another way to charge loyal customers more money whereas new customers get better deals. My advice is do not stay loyal to tower!

For the first renewal of a policy term, you may also be impacted by a loss of promotional discounts that may have been applied to your policy initially which can contribute to an increase in premiums.

Phone support is fine. Helpful and friendly. Please keep it domestic.
The rating is for the experience of being insured in general and your company practices.
The reason for calling was the need to constantly fight to LOWER untenable bills for something we have decreasing faith will be there for us when needed given the practice of much of the industry.
Make the infinite coverage and corresponding bills increases OPT-IN instead of annoying to OPT-OUT.
Dont advertise deals for new customers but not give any breaks to exsiting customers. We can just do what you are enticing others with and jump ship too. This is a demoralising and frustrating. Especially as you are also removing discounts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Our policies and payments are set up as an automatic renewal, with documents sent out approximately 4-6 weeks prior to this to allow customers time to review and make changes to their cover if needed.
We appreciate your feedback around the marketing promotions for new customers, and whilst we often promote discounts to these customers, we do regularly run promotions for existing customers. Currently, we have the ability for customers to win their renewal premium on us if they have renewed a policy during the promotion period.
