Great service

B&Q changed the delivery date without consultation. Tried ring Customer Service 5 times but could not get any help. Promised call returns that didn't happen. Told it was being escalated and it wasn't. Told a manager was going to look into it and call me back. Again, no call back. Very bad customer service !

I gave a 1 star but they don't deserve that even. I give it zero on customer service.
I ordered timber for delivery to frame an internal door.
The order advised that is was delivered so I called to find out where it was and was advised it was with another courier.
Never arrived at the time I called another 5 days later.
This time was on hold for 8 mins which wasn't too long but was cut off from their end after listening to their repeat message that their teams were very busy. So I called again this time to be answered by someone who just grunted a couple of times then hung up.
Marvellous...

It was coincidentally sent out yesterday 13th Aug for delivery by M&H and never arrived. So I called them and was advised it is again out for delivery today but no guarantee it will be delivered according to the dispatcher I spoke to.

Product was just as ordered.
Wasy to pick up in store.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clueless staff. Lie though their teeth. To avoid any responsabilty. Hopeless communications, long waits on phone lines.

Tradepoint you are a disgrace. I ordered a door from you on the basis that it would be delivered by Today. I was given a delivery time slot for this morning. My door did not arrive. Nobody notified me about the delay. I called Tradepoint twice (note, you did not contact me). On the second occasion I was told it was out for delivery - just delayed.
Now, 6 hours after the delivery deadline I receive an email telling me that the item, will be despatched again. Your customer service is shockingly poor. I want to be reassured that the item will be expedited. I will never buy from you again - now I know why B&Q and Tradepoint receive such dreadful ratings from the public. Shame on you!

I have no issue with the products or stores - but it is absolutely ridiculous that customers are unable to access a VAT receipt for purchases via their account order history and have to request these individually after placing an order. I've spent 30mins on hold to customer services this morning, and finally got an invoice sent through by messaging the social media team on FB - but given that TradePoint's customers are predominantly businesses, how on earth do they think this is feasible for a business owner or employee to do this every time something is purchased from them? Even a paper copy on collection of Click & Collect orders would be better than this pointless waste of time system!

Always easy to source and quick delivery.

I placed an order for a delivery of a quantity of bulk building materials and halfway through the delivery slot I received a text to say it was cancelled. I tried calling customer services and they couldn’t get through to the store to tell me what was going on, and two days later I got another text with a new delivery slot and the items were delivered. The customer service line is useless as they couldn’t get through to the delivering store and I tried calling the store directly myself several times and they don’t answer the phone. I complained and after several days got a response saying that the delivery was in the delivery window (within 30 days!) and therefore they had fulfilled their obligations under the terms and conditions. Most trade people can’t operate with this unreliable service and equally poor communication to reschedule a project delayed by an unexpected missed delivery. I’ve started using other suppliers who are actually competitive on Price.

The offers i recieve from trade point are less than the club card. I got a 15pound offer if I spend 90 pounds through the club card but only an 8 pound offer from trade point. Even with my 5% discount I didnt save 15 pound, so to me the trade point setup is a pointless financial decision if im already a club member

Getting annoyed with the amount of customers allowing their dogs to use this shop as a toilet twice recently we have witnessed dog wee and dog pop on the shop floor .what is the need to allow pets in the shop ?

Estimated delivery date is 12 days after purchase. The website says ‘choose an available delivery date convenient to you’ then doesn’t give you a choice. I made an order via Wicks to keep my project going, and they have a superb delivery service within two days.

Boxed garden furniture. Buying it was easy. Putting it together took a little longer. Seems to be a nice 3 seater stool and table.
