Got approached by a member of staff whilst shopping. Encouraged to sign up when I told him we were upgrading our house. After signing up and looking into what we had to actually spend, completely irrelevant for us. This wasn't fully explained before taking all my personal details.

I spend over £500 a month as a trader. However l do not use BQ purely because its cheaper for me to go else where. BQ dont give an effective discount to encourage my business. I belive an old age pensioner gets more discount than a genuine trader. I don't mind that at all, but you did ask why us traders don't use you if we can help it.

The gentleman on the till was extremely…

The gentleman on the till was extremely grumpy and said he didn’t want to be there , I had a problem with the pricing and he said he couldn’t do anything about it as that’s what the till said, so I asked to speak to another colleague he sorted it straight away, it made me feel very uncomfortable

First and last time I use trade point

First and last time I use trade point.

I normally use Screwfix or Toolstation but as a carpenter I get 10% off trade point so I thought I would give it a shot.
Went to collect an order from B&Q Peckham and two days after I ordered it still wasn’t ready. It took 40 min and 6 members of staff to resolve and I literally had to walk them to the aisles where the items were located to pick them myself.

Waste of time. Won’t use it again.

Be careful with TradePoint they’re not interested in solving issues

Ordered breakfast bar looked ok but when fitted in kitchen where it had to go the day light from the near window showed up lots of little bumps on the surface contacted them but wouldn’t take it back or replace it asked for pictures so I have sent them 2 lots of pictures but are saying they can’t see the pictures…how convenient
