I was quite pleased that the items I bought were actually in the shop and not just available for delivery from a third party.

My order was cancelled at your end then i received two random pillows and was charged. I emailed but there was no response.

I use Tradepoint daily and the Staff at the Derby depot I've known for over 2 yrs.
Very helpful, friendly and professional.

Ordered some furniture board last Tuesday on click and collect from Salisbury. When I collected it the board was the last one and lots of scratches a chips.

Ordered again online and paid extra for delivery from their central point.

Arrived today and was completely wrong size and different barcode do I didn’t accept delivery.

They then refunded me the board cost completely ignoring the delivery charge.

Called their so called Customer Service department who were completely unhelpful. They said they would have to get in touch with the branch that dispatched the item to authorise the refund on delivery.

Complete faff and time wasting exercise. Won’t be ordering from B&Q again or via Tradepoint.

The Customer Service Operator was so matter of fact about it and lacked any ability to place herself in the customers shoes. They had the benefit of my money TWICE this week and absolutely nothing achieved. I will now have to source the product elsewhere.

Even when I was flaffing to find my Trade Card on my phone - the person on the counter simply helped by asking post code as I was holding up the queue.

Staff are great but your Tradepoint discounts are poor, especially when compared to Wickes. I’d expect a standard 10% across the board like they do. I spend most of my money there these days but I do prefer your store which is a shame.

B&Q service is superb.
I used the paint mixing service at B&Q Cardiff Gate a fortnight ago to buy paint for a whole house decorating project. The gentleman who served me was ultra helpful, he explained the paint types (e.g.) Mid-Sheen vs Silk vs Eggshell) and advised on the optimum paint type for each of my applications and his advice proved well founded.
The paint order logging service that B&Q use, which records the room each mix is to be used in, should prove very handy as I can go to any of their stores, and simply order more living room or more Main bedroom paint and the system tells the member of staff the exact paint type and colour code to mix. I haven’t used it yet but I’m confident that if I ask my son to pick up some extra paint he’s going to bring the right one.
Altogether, I’m very satisfied.

Still nothing from TradePoint regarding my missing delivery!! Called them multiple times and they keep telling me they will resolve it. Yet to hear back!

Easy transaction to both order and collect.

I bought grass seed but, despite following all the correct procedure, it has failed to germinate.
After I posted my review, B&Q got in touch and gave me a refund - well done!

Very friendly staff. For a small store.. fortunately my laminate flooring was in stock a very helpful assistant helped me load my car. Thank you B&Q.

Had to give them 1 star, Ordered a Triton electric shower 8.5kw online and they said they were 7 in stock and accepted payment for the shower about 20mins later someone from the B&Q Blackpool store contacted me saying they had to cancel my order because it wasn't in stock, but I could have the 9.5kw shower for £10 extra I asked if I could have the shower for the same price as I ordered and the girl on the phone said she would have to ask the manager of the store so she would ring me back.... 10 mins later she rang back and said she was really sorry but the manager had said NO b&q don't even admit when they get it wrong....

I'm happy with the tradepoint it is easier to buy and been in touch with customer service they are really helpful I recommend and I will buy again
