Very happy with customer service, everyone helpful and friendly. Only put 3stars because though we use the tradecard, we do not get the products any cheaper, so do not really see the point of having one?

Disappointed
Disappointed, I was told in store I would get 10% off, when my card arrived I got 5%, and now I’m told I have to spend £250 a month to 5% off, I’ve gone back to Wickes and Toolstation.

Trade discount is non existent
Their discount is non existent. I no longer buy much from them as it is so poor. Wickes you get a straight 10% off everything regardless of spend tradepoint was always changing in and now kitchens arent discounted either. Lost all my business now as too poor.

Very disappointing customer service
I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from Tradepoint. I have been a customer for a long time and have never had any issues before, so this experience has been particularly frustrating.
I had an issue with a flooring order due to the poor quality of the product. I contacted my local store, but instead of helping me directly, I was given an email address and told to raise the issue with their customer service team.
It took several weeks to receive a first response, after which my email was simply forwarded to another member of staff. Since then, I have received no further response despite following up.
At this point, I feel completely stuck, as I am unable to get any assistance either from the store or through the customer service email address they provided
