I purchased a EUROTECH SPEAKERBAR SYSTEM on the 10th of April 2026. It was faulty didn't work. So i had it replaced for another one, but once again it wasn't working, so i gave up and left the Speakerbar and Subwoofer sitting by my tv for the next 4 to 5 months, i couldn't use it because i couldn't get it to work, i was stressed out so i just left it sitting by my tv. I asked for a technician from Trade Depot to come install it for me, but they say they don't offer that support. So i didn't know what to do except let it sit not being used. I thought i might be able to get my oldest son to install it for me when i see him next, because my son lives 9 hours away. I got a visit from my son, and asked can he install my Speakerbar and Subwoofer? He didn't know how to. So i thought i will hire a professional technician to install it for me, and they could only get the Speakerbar to work, but not the Subwoofer. They said it'll be a technical issue with it. So once again faulty. I returned the faulty product to trade depot on the 30th of August 2026, and i requested a full refund, and they didn't refund me til 9 days later, today 7th of September 2026. Over due refund. Trade Depot first told me that they were transferring my refund back to Afterpay, but my order was older than 120 days old, in fact it was 5 months old over 150 days old. Then i told Trade Depot no, my refund has to be transferred to my bank account directly. A few days later they send me a email confirming that they have processed my refund into my bank account? They showed me a screenshot in a email. I look at the bank details, and it wasn't my bank account number🤦 this went on for 9 days since i returned the faulty product. Back and fourth emails coming from all different staff members, asking me for the same information over and over again. So stressful. But I've finally received my refund, and I'm not going to buy from Trade Depot ever again. I rate 0👎 And it was the Hamilton, Trade Depot.

Happy with the freezer , good price and delivery time was good and efficient.

I know a lot of people experience difficulty but since we renovated in 2019 and bought all the things from Auckland TD delivered to Hamilton and purchasing from TD in Hamilton, we've found the service and products to be so good. To the point that we basically are a Midea appliance household and everything we installed in the bathroom, toilet and laundry in 2019 are still going strong with zero issues. Great price point, but on a budget, these products stand up. We're a busy household with up to 5 adults using the things and we're totally satisfied with everything.

Easy to find what I wanted on the website, with accurate information.
The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was quick, I ordered on a Wednesday delivery was the following Tuesday.

The pick was more efficient than last time.
As soon as we arrived the product was delivered within 5 minutes and loaded into the vehicle with a smile which makes a big difference.🤗

Trade Depot was ok to deal with. Courtious staff. Prompt dealivery.

Auckland depot is down driveway, parking not great especially if have a trailer.

I’ve been mucked around with your customer service saying my purchase will be delivered Friday 28th August 2026 then to be told NO Saturday 29th August then to be told NO it’s Sunday 30th August.
I’ve been home waiting for my purchase with no help from Trade Depo customer service.
I will not be using your trade anymore as it is incompetent and NO body helps find your order or contact you.

Very impressed, great service. I purchased an oven online at 9 pm it was delivered at 11 am the next morning…. Unbelievable! Did not expect to receive it for a few days let alone next morning!
Thanks guys…the delivery guy and lady were soo lovely too, will have no hesitation purchasing from u again…. Much appreciated!!

This company is run by Indians whom are simply interested in one thing, getting the money in the bank. In my experience they lie and will say just about anything to achieve their goal. I asked the question when you deliver the new oven will you take tge old oven away, the answer was what I wanted to hear, yes we will take the old oven away, when the new oven was deliveredthey refused to take the old oven away.They lie after lie to get your business and then don't follow through.

I ordered a washing machine which showed up missing the bottom cover, after multiple emails a weeks I have finally received a random piece of plastic that looks like it was made by a 10 year old, definitely not happy with the poor customer service I won’t be buying anything from trade depot again
