Very good service
Very good service. Delivery was prompt & on time. The upright radiators are in & working. Very satisfactory all round. Would have given 5* except every time I spoke to someone on the phone it was so difficult to hear them clearly that was frustrating.

Dreadful company...makes you wonder how…
Dreadful company...makes you wonder how such as company can exist in this century!!!
Firstly there website is awful when trying to locate and order anything from it, meaning you’ll likely have to make a call to them at extra cost (0844 line).
Then the items won’t be delivered, even though the delivery note says they’re within the packaging, only to be told “oh yeah we don’t have them in stock”...so why sell them, why charge for the items and why said they’ve been delivered?
To make it worse, it takes several calls, after not being called back, to get them to accept their failures, all of which are chargeable (cost me almost £20 in phone calls to their 0844 no.)
Finally, when raising a complaint about the extra chargers for having to call them to address their failures, they say “ the extra 7p per minute cost is on every page of their website” which it isn’t! And that “the costs are my service providers problem, not trade plumbing” which is laughable as trade plumbing have chosen to have a chargeable customer service line, knowing they clearly make lots of failures judging by other trustpilot reviews.
P.s. I’ve contacted Trustpilot’s whistleblowing service as Trade Plumbing market themselves as 5 Star, when they are actually 4.3...very worrying for consumers and Trustpilot!

I was struggling to get a specific radiator for my new kitchen due to the size. Thankfully found the size on TradePlumbing. The experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. I would definitely recommend to others.

Sent the wrong item, poor customer service
They sent the wrong item. I have been trying to sort it out for the last 2 days. Despite contacting them multiple times no one EVER gets back to me as promised. Remains unresolved and I am thoroughly unimpressed by the poor customer service

Wrong radiator sent !
They sent completely different radiator and different size too then offered a replacement that would have been to small for room.
Took two weeks for wrong radiator to arrive after stating 5 day turnaround.
Premium rate phone number for you to call them.
They blamed supplier.
They did collect and refund radiator though.

You advertise 2-3 working days for delivery but our item was delivered 10days later.
However when we brought it to the attention to Zorawar they did an outstanding job in ensuring the item arrived in time for our plumber to install it on the day they were scheduled to attend.

Great service all-round
Really quick delivery. One item out of stock - the team were proactive to let me know, provide timescales and alternatives. I opted to cancel my order for this one item and money refunded swiftly. Delivery within a couple of days for the other items.
The only tiny downside was lack of response to price matching. However, the company with lower prices had some poor reviews. I'd pay the little bit extra every time.

Would not use again
Disappointed to find my delivery did not turn up as advertised on website. When chased, was told that they were struggling to find it. Then when delivery did turn up, it was the wrong product and was damaged too.
