Brilliant. Unfortunately a radiator delivered had a scratch on it but TradePlumbing sorted it out and got a replacement delivered within two working days.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, unfortunately can’t comment yet on the product as still waiting for my plumber to fit. I’ve seen my sister’s fitted and working lots of heat.

Helpful customer services
Despite a couple of failed deliveries I was pleased with my purchase which was good value and the customer services were very responsive and helpful in obtaining some compensation for the delivery mix ups. I would use the company again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a negative review.
The goods were dispatched to your address on the 10th January, these products are delivered directly by the manufacturer using their own vehicles and drivers.
When you or your partner initially chased this, we found that the goods were attempted on the 11th but due to nobody being at home the driver took the goods back to the depot (these goods have to be signed for and cannot be left).
What would usually happen is we would get notification from the support team stating there was a non-delivery and then we would get it rebooked out, this comes at a cost to us as they charge every time.
What the manufacturer unfortunately did though on this occasion is they sent a credit for this order to our accounts department and our own support team are not privy to this area of the business.
So unfortunately it was not until you got in touch that we were able to rectify the situation but I can see regularly communication from 24th/25/th/26/th & 27th and that is when the goods were delivered.
Apologies that you have had this experience, we have spoken with the manufacture in great depth to make sure this does not happen again.

radiator arrived damaged
I bought two radiators from here, one of them being an unusual size I couldn't get locally. They each arrived separately, and one of them was damaged. Fortunately it was the more common size one, so I was able to go out and buy another one and not delay the job. It took a bit off faff getting it collected and getting a refund, with Trade Plumbing initially making excuses about having to liaise with the supplier, but we got there in the end.

The goods arrived separately as they were from different manufacuturers who handle the deliveries of their goods, the issue you had is with the Prorad radiator that unfortunately arrived damaged to you, convector radiators are very difficult items to deliver due to their weight and also sometimes the size but our damage rate is actually really really good but I would admit it is unfortunate and we feel for those customers who on the odd occasion have a damaged item.
I can absolutely 100% guarantee you that there are no excuses from us with regards to collections and refunds, as stated above the manufacturers arrange all deliveries direct to customers, when things go wrong, we have to liaise with the same manufacturer who will arrange the collections.
We've been in the trade as a family business for 45 years if we were a company who mades excuses we would not be here today Ben - there is absolutely no need for us to not collect a damaged item or to delay any refund.
