All good! Easy to use and communication was very timely. Reliable!!!

We booked several trains through China Highlights and it was so easy. We gave the trains we wanted and on the day the tickets came out they booked them for us, when they were not available they offered us the best alternatives. Annie who was our contact was extremely responsive and helpful.

The process in China was so easy, we just had to turn up at the station with our passports. I don't think our holiday would have been as smooth without them.

We reserved 7 different trains and everything was Just perfect

We arranged for our train tickets from Beijing to Mongolia through Train Spread. The process itself is tricky as tickets are only released a few days before. We were nervous about not just being able to buy them directly, but Train Spread were very professional, answered all our questions and reassured us. The tickets were waiting for us at the hotel without any problems or hassles. Would highly recommend for an easy and straightforward way to buy tickets on the Trans-Siberian express.

train@chinahighlights provided us with a total of 4 train tickets. Our experience is only positive. They met the ticket purchase deadlines and in case there was a problem in one case with purchasing the desired ticket, they contacted us immediately and we immediately communicated an alternative train connection, for which tickets were purchased the next day. Based on our experience, we only recommend it.

China Highlights was able to book my desired bullet train ticket from Shanghai to Luoyang quickly and efficiently (I had trouble with the China Railway website and Trip.com said it was sold out even though it clearly wasn’t). Their service was a lifesaver and provided me peace of mind. Communication was simple and clear, and I had all the information I needed to easily board the train. Highly recommend.

We planned a nearly 3 month long trip - with the last 4 weeks in China. Because the train tickets are only officially on sale 14 -15 days in advance, we used China Highlights to reserve our tickets in advance. We boooked in February for tickets in May and June, knowing we wouldn't always have internet connections at our first destination. The email communication was excellent with one exception due to their internal communication. (B's doing it, no A is,...). I did set myself calendar reminders to check, this was the only one (of six) reservations where I communicated first.

The online booking process was pretty easy and the surcharges were minimal. Because we booked months ahead, there were a couple of small price changes, communicated in a timely manner with a link to pay the difference. Email response was less than 24 hours - often at times that were very late in China.

In one instance, China rail canceled a route we had planned. Annie was able to identify alternates that allowed us to keep our travel plans and dates. Thank you Annie! Be aware that first class tickets are not always available, or release later... Dates were more important to us than class. We rode second class a number of times and it was very comfortable.

Overall, this service allowed us to enjoy our trip without headaches or concerns about missing a booking opportunity. We would definitely use this service again!

Very easy booking process and extremely responsive customer service — highly recommended. I booked two separate train journeys through them. For the first one, the original train was cancelled, and they contacted me very quickly to offer seats on the next available departure the same day. Once I confirmed, the booking was processed almost immediately. The second booking went perfectly smoothly from start to finish.

I organised train from X'ian to Beijing through China highlights service. There was an issue over a double payment but they sorted it super quick.
They also explained how the train ticket system works in China and the whole process was made very easy. I would recommend for sure.
