My experience with Travel Gennni was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I applied for my Schengen visa through Travel Genie, and Jawad was extremely helpful with the documentation process. He was very cooperative throughout, and I’m happy to say my visit visa was approved. Highly recommended — great service and special thanks to Jawad for the support.

My son just got his schengen visa with the help of Rafay who guided us through the visa application and also guided us on what we had to have at the time of the visa , Appointment. Great thanks to Rafay

I paid £70 for a schenghan visa to italy on 30Jan 2026 and havent yet been able to book a visa appointment. Travel Gennie told me that it has to be only through 'VFS Italy Global' an app to be downloaded. I downloaded the app but it seems to be having loads of issues.
On many occassions slots were available in the London office but the application kept getting stuck as the payment page never appeared to make in the payment. Due to which, my application never got submitted. I have raised this 'Application stuck at Payment pending' issue with Travelgennie atleast 15-20 times and they havent done anything. They arent refunding my amount and neither booking an appointment for me . This is totally a fraudulent company!

Last week Travel gennie refunded back my 70 pounds payment and have been hasselling to remove this negative feedback. They want me to forget the trauma and the 20-30 calls/ messages on returning the money as they didn't provide promised service. They wanted me to promise them with feedback removal on returning back the money.

Neha Alvi has been outstanding from the beginning of the travelling plans to the end of the period and after the visa came out.she is real gem and I appreciate all the supportive measures put in place for the outcome of the visa,thanks also to the team support you're all Star.

This was my first and last experience with this company, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

The team was highly unprofessional and not supportive throughout the process. There is no direct contact number available, only WhatsApp communication. Their office location cannot be found on Google, which already raised concerns and made the whole experience feel unreliable.

We wanted to visit Switzerland to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. However, they advised us to apply for a Greece visa instead, claiming their success rate was close to 100%. We followed their advice solely based on their recommendation, even though we had no intention of visiting Greece.

There were excessive delays in preparing the documents. I had to constantly chase them for updates, as they were not proactive at all. Most of the documents were produced at the last minute. Our appointment was on 15th December, yet the documents were only provided on Saturday, 13th December. They had promised that once the remaining payment was made, the documents would be ready within a few hours, which did not happen.

We received the visa rejection on 29th December.

When we raised a complaint and requested a refund, they refused. They not only failed to deliver their service properly, but also declined to refund their charges or the visa fees.

This experience completely ruined our wedding anniversary plans. While they cannot compensate for that loss, the least they could have done was refund their service charges, which they did not.

Overall, a very bad experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.
