This company is literally a fraud, scammer company. I wanted to get their schengen visa service( including appointments, documentation, hotel and flight reservations). When they asked to pay us £100(£50/pp) in advance and the rest after visa appointment, we paid instantly along with that we shared our documents(passports, visas, address and employment details). They started ignoring my text as soon as they got the payment (I had to use my husband’s number to knock them on whatsapp) just to get the payment invoice as they don’t have any phone number. Even google map can't find their office location. Then I got worried and started searching about their company then I get to read the reviews of how people got scammed by them. I informed them immediately that I don’t want their service anymore so they can refund my money because it was only 4/5 days since I paid them and they didn’t make/submit my application . Then one of their employee told me they submitted my application, I asked him how can he submit my application without showing the draft to me, then he changed his statement and told me instantly that he made a draft but didn’t submit it. When I told him several times that I don’t want their service, he told me he reserved the appointment slot for me. With that saying I was fully convinced by then who was I dealing with. I got pissed and asked him how he reserved an appointment slot before submitting the application? He kept changing his statements during the whole argument. Then he told me what about the flight booking and hotel reservation, this time I really wanted to call the police straight away because his statements clearly shows they're lying and scamming people. When I firmly said no, he kept asking me why I don’t want their service and kept forcing me to take their service. When I asked him about the negative reviews, he blamed the clients saying it was their fault as they didn't follow the basic things. Then I told him if they don’t refund me I'll call the police and take legal action against them. Because no seller or service provider can force any client to take their service, and It's our right to get a refund if we don’t take their service. He agreed to refund me and kept asking what about the application he made that costed him, I asked him how much the draft application costed him because he didn’t create any documents, letters or anything. He just put our names and address on the draft(which he didn’t even show to me) so I was generous enough to offer him £30 for the talking over whatsapp and that draft(even though I didn’t take/get any of their services). Then he assured me that I'll get the refund within 2 days. 2 days passed I'm still waiting for the refund(every day they say I'll get the refund by the end of the day). I believe today is Friday so they'll ignore my text again and tell me that they can't send the money before monday. I won't wait anymore. Today I'm going to complain to the police and I'll also contact with the other victims who were scammed by them. I'll request everyone not to get trapped by them.

They are the best. In the beginning it was hard to believe but now I can say they are the best
