I recently used Travel Gennie Ltd. for my Schengen visa application, and overall, I had a very positive experience. Thanks to their support, my visa was successfully granted.

A special mention goes to ZOHA, who guided me throughout the entire process. She was helpful, responsive, and made sure I understood each step clearly, which made a potentially stressful process much easier.

I would definitely recommend Travel Gennie Ltd. to others seeking visa assistance. However, I would suggest one area for improvement: some of the required documents were provided at the last minute. It would be much more convenient and less stressful if all documents were shared at least two days before the appointment.

Overall, a reliable service with excellent support, and with a small improvement in timing, it could be even better.

I have been trying for Schengen visa for past two years and as you all know it's never easy for appointments. I have also got agents who quoted me in excess of 200£ to 350£ per person just for getting an appointment and I had lost hopes.
This was when I came across Travel Genie on insta and their executive Ms. JIYA who has been really polite, calm, punctual, understood the demands of the situation and also communicating frequently that helped with the process.
Ms. Jiya along with the Travel Genie team helped me with all list of documentation, the necessary bookings, getting me an appointment on time (less than 2 weeks) as I needed my passport in hand for another upcoming trip including emailing me the documents just on time before appointment date and then keeping a tab about the visa processing until I received my passport. All of this at a very reasonable price < 100£. I am really thankful to the team as I finally got my first Schengen Visa with multiple entries via Hungary and looking forward to my trip. A special mention and Thanks to Ms. Jiya for her time and patience all this while.

My experience with Travel Gennie was far from satisfactory.

Despite positioning themselves as experts in visa processing, the service lacked clarity, responsiveness, and accountability. I frequently had to chase updates, and important aspects of the application process were either not communicated properly or handled with minimal attention to detail.

For something as critical as a Schengen visa—where timing and accuracy are essential—this level of service is not acceptable. Rather than reducing complexity, the experience added friction and uncertainty.

I would strongly recommend doing independent research and not relying on them. If you do, brace yourself for a stressful experience as "sorrry" is what you will get at every mistake from their end.

Sophie was of great help to get my visa. She would explain as many times as needed to ensure her message is received. I had a great and respectful experience with Sophie. Would definitely recommend Sophie.

This was 1 of the worst experience of customer service I've ever received, I asked for a schengen visa appointment for particular countries, and was promised for the cost of £99 for all of the related documents,started by asking for a £50 deposit , which I did immediately and sent over requested info , and I happily relied on the service to provide what was required at the earliest.To cut the long painful story short, I had to hound and remind the agent time and time again about sending possible dates, then was suggested unrealistic visa destinations which I never asked to visit, later as I realised this was a complete waste of my time and money , I asked to provide me only with the cover letter, dummy ticket and insurance. As I arranged the appointment myself as it was taking the agent too long and they dint have a refund policy.The very simple documents that I requested also were delayed until the previous day evening of my appointment date , when I was promised the documents 3 days prior to the appointment date that I booked.Even after countless WhatsApp messages , as apparently that's the only way to reach this company. The countless reminders that I had to give this service , was such a daunting experience, it was stressful and painstaking. The company apparently has a document department that required approval at every level causing delays. PLEASE AVOID 🙏

I struggle to much dealing with them. Evan they typed my wrong name on documents. They even write wrong nationality of my son in documents. That's why I get visa refused.
