They are after your money and don’t care about your application. When you asked questions they block you after taking your money. Never again!!!

I approached this company in the month of Feb2026 for Schengen visa, they wasted my crucial vacation time saying that they were not able to find appointments and after 2 months they got me appointment for Malta and they gave me some reserved flight tickets as part of application. Unfortunately, visa got rejected as genuine flight tickets were not provided and I have to blame this company for the same. My crucial time, money and my efforts were wasted. This team is very poor, they are not good at planning the things properly and I suffered a lot in chasing them through out the process. They don't pay attention to minute details and timing which is very much important for a Schengen visa application
Later I planned the Schengen visa by myself which I should have done in the first place and I got visa for a month and I finished my travelling as well.
So guys, please don't trust this team and plan yourself there is so much information available in the internet.

If you have spare money then ok 3rd class service

Don't go for them. They are fraudsters only. They don't respons once you paid the token amount

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. It has been over two months since they took my payment, yet no schengen appointment has been secured and no refund has been provided. Communication has been poor, with no clear resolution or credible progress. Based on my experience, the service has been completely unacceptable.

This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I applied for a Schengen visa through Travel Gennie almost two months ago, and the entire process has been extremely frustrating.

The staff were incredibly unresponsive. My calls and messages were repeatedly ignored, and I had to keep chasing them for basic information and updates. Despite asking numerous times for the required documents, instructions, and details, I received little to no proper assistance.

The agent, Neha, only provided the appointment date and location and did not provide the necessary documents or clear guidance, even after I repeatedly asked for them. I was left feeling completely unsupported throughout the process.

For something as important and stressful as a visa application, I expected professional communication, timely responses, and proper guidance. Unfortunately, I received none of these.

Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. The communication was terrible, the customer service was practically non-existent, and I would not recommend Travel Gennie to anyone based on my experience.

If you’re considering using their services, I strongly recommend thinking twice and making sure you understand exactly what support you will actually receive before paying for their service.

Please refrain them from using. I will highly recommend you to approach someone who are skilled, knowledgeable and professional. They have got my Schengen visa refused despite of having ILR, Funds, legitimate air tickets and hotel booking. They have no knowledge of what they are doing. I am going to file an online money claim against to this company. If anyone wants to join me, please write to me and I will help u with the claim throughout.

Not professionals, and mostly miss guide.

Everything went wrong with these people they do not listen or respect customers wishes. I told them from the beginning l just want appointments everything else l can do it myself the girl helping me did not listen kept insisting and telling me what to do. I kept repeating myself and then she went quite on me l kept texting and trying to call them with no response. She had told me she had booked an appointment gor us for the 24th of july but did not give me the appointment letters or application forms. She only sent them to me on the 23rd of july at 23.56hours when l was asleep obviously l went to bed knowing l had been scammed because l was not given what l was promised in good time. I have asked for my refund because l had not received my paperwork in time for me to prepare myself. All my life l have never had dealings with dubious people like this before. I am hurt because l trusted them l have to amend all my bookings because of their incompetence. STAY CLEAR PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO PUSH YOU TO PAY AND NOT DELIVER WHAT THRY HAVE PROMISED I LOST MONEY FOR 3 PEOPLE 🤬🤬🤬

I contacted them since 12th of April 2026.
Paid the deposit 13th of April and that’s when it all started.

They took my money and ghosted me. Their number doesn’t even go through. They will read your WhatsApp messages apparently the only place you can reach them on and ignore you.

After endless calls and messages, they promised to refund me on the 4th of may 2026 and asked for my account details which I sent but I got nothing.

13th of may came and a person (Sarah) reached out claiming the previous staff traveled to Pakistan bla bla bla how can she be of service, offering other countries I never asked for, that she could get me dates, when I asked for the dates nothing was sent.

Mind you, i was to travel for my birthday a week from 13th of may so how can i even get an approved visa.

They asked for the account details again to refund me claiming they didn’t have it which was impossible but I sent it regardless.

It’s been over 3 months today 29th June 2026 and I am yet to get my refund still! Plus they still keep ignoring me! That only gives scammer vibes!

It’s been a horrible experience, so draining and useless.
I just want my refund you thief!

This company is completely fake. They took my deposit and just dragged out my visa application forever. Because of them, I ended up losing my visa deposit AND my flight ticket.

Once they get your money, they completely ghost you. I’ve replied to them multiple times and got absolutely nothing back. To make it worse, their phone number doesn’t even work—it’s always off or unavailable.

They will literally steal your funds and disappear. Please beware, this is a total fraud company. Stay far away!

They are scrmmers, nobody should go there. They collected money from me and gave me a fake document for visa.

I was scammed by this Pakistani 'Doge' company. I neither received the service nor a refund, and it also wasted a lot of my time.

I am the one who introduced my nephew to Jawad. I trusted this agent based on past interactions with my niece's visa case, but after what happened to my nephew's Schengen visa application, I am completely frustrated and embarrassed by my recommendation.

My nephew's visa was refused solely because of the agent's repeated, careless mistakes:

1. Wrong current visa validity was provided.
2. Half‑missing information on hotel details.
3. Wrong application form filled out – my nephew had to redo it at the centre.
4. Documents uploaded on the wrong portal – centre staff had to correct it.
5. Inconsistent travel dates in cover letter (20–27 May vs 20–25 May on the same page).
6. Wrong insurance dates – insurance was for June, but travel was in May.
7. Multiple other errors in the cover letter.

Because of these avoidable errors, my nephew's visa was refused. He lost time, money, and a travel opportunity. The agent found out about the refusal but is now ignoring my and my nephew's calls and messages.

I have seen the documents myself. Every single mistake listed above is proven on paper.

I feel responsible for suggesting this agent, and I am writing this review so no one else makes the same mistake. Do not trust this agent with your visa application.

They are a bunch of organized cheap scammers thatbare always at large. They will entice you with a cheap deposit just to have youbin their nest. Once you commit your money they believe they can get you to pay more as you may not be willing to loose your deposit. They truly have no service to offer. They will call you even at mid night just to have you make the payment after which expect the following as in my case:
1. Fake document
2. Change of their contact number so you can't reach them
3. Failed appointment booking of you insist to go to their office
4. They will continually be ghosting as they don't have a definite office
5. Passing you over to another agent to defraud you is part of their scheme
6. They are a syndicate of cheap freelance fraudsters operating with one name

It’s a scam they steal your deposit. Do not use its AI messages at 10:00am everyday and it’s the phones are always off. As soon as you pay the deposit that’s it they gone. Please I need to get this around because I have been targeted and they have done it me.!!

Very worst experience with them not professional at all . Our visa is rejected because there is lack of documents and they dont know abt it . These is such a shame . Never trust these people such a scam . we lost our nearly 600 pound . it is better to apply your self .

I requested for Schengen visa and went though Zoha..and received the visa very quickly...well taken care definitely recommend.suggestion is to improve communication with customer..

THIS BUSINESS IS FILLED WITH FRAUDS. I have proof in the Whatsapp Chats, they took £75 from me for a visa appointment, and they haven’t given me the appointment in more than a month, and they dont reply or pick up calls and give vague replies like “you will get” and “don’t worry”. These are all lies. Do NOT use this company’s service. I have reported the company through my bank as they have STOLEN MY MONEY without a refund and I have also contacted the police in London. I have been extremely patient with them. Its been more than 6 weeks without a refund. Do not use them & do not trust them at all. Its a scam.
