The zipper ring that holds the zipper pull is not a closed ring. It has a tiny opening with an opposing “hook”(take a close look and you’ll see it on the purse. This opening caught a thread on my seatbelt and the hook held it. It took 20 minutes for my husband to unhook it using tools! This is a new purse and a new car seatbelt. There is no reason for that opening. It should be closed when the zipper is manufactured.

I ordered a bag as a birthday present. According to the tracking the USPS should have delivered it timely. Unfortunately it never arrived. And USPS was unable to locate it. I suspect it got put in the wrong locked mailbox. I reached out to Travelon to let them know it had not arrived. They also followed up with USPS without resolution. They checked in with me again to see if it had been located which it had not. They then notified me that they would be shipping me a new one via UPS for free. It arrived as they said it would and they followed up with me to make sure it had arrived. This was a replacement bag for one that was bought many years ago and still has not worn out but it's looking a little dingy around the edges. Not only are the bags excellent quality but the company behind them is as well.

Placed an order for Christmas (which I'm sure many people do) and they flagged as fraud due to shipping address being different than my billing address. Gave me only 24 hours to respond and then just cancelled my order. Terrible customer service.

I love travelon bags, this is my second over the shoulder bag.
The first bag lasted me many trips over the years. This bag is a little more stiff, but I know I'll enjoy my new bag just as much.

Good size but would be nice to have 1 additional interior pocket for organization. Also wish the RFID pocket had a zipper to keep valuable secured and a front buckle straps to keep backpack on you at all time. Really like the bottle holder which accommodated small to large bottles.

I recently bought another Travelon anti-theft Heritage Tour bag to replace one I’d bought a few years ago. I wouldn’t be without one as I travel a lot and the anti-theft features are excellent. It also looks good, has all the pockets I need (inc two side pouches for water bottle, umbrella, or sunglasses, etc) and the canvas material feels sturdy and comes in great colours. A couple of times people have stopped me to ask where I bought the bag and I’ve been happy to recommend Travelon to them. Definitely recommend this bag.

I have had my Travelon bag for about 2-years now. It's a great bag. It carries just what I need and I never have to worry about a bad guy snatching it from me.

My bag is giving off little pieces of material, like it is deteriorating by the zipper and the little slots where I put in my credit cards. It is like it is shredding. Very poor quality!!

I love these purses! I probably have about five now. They are well made, cute, and so safe. I have a backpack and different size purses. I love the small phone purses for shopping! I take my bigger ones along but have my essentials and phone in the small ones. I have seen bad reviews but that has never been my experience. My daughter also uses these and she hasn't had bad experiences either. They are well made, very useful, they ship quick, and they're so cute!

The organization possible with my Travelon purse is excellent. In addition, each section has a secure zipper that can be connected to a clasp to keep from being opened unsuspectingly. Also - it is light weight and easy to carry, or pack for use on the trip. I appreciate the security of RFID.

I love my Travelon across the shoulder purse. It's lightweight and sturdy as well as fashionable. I also like that main zippers have a locking feature and they have RFID blocking pockets. This is the only purse I will buy; it's a great value for the cost and wears like iron.

I love the size of the small AntiTheft Convertible Crossbody Clutch. Big enough for my phone, credit cards and checkbook and some miscellaneous items. Very sturdy construction and well thought out security features. I would buy this again.

My daughter has one of your purses and she loaned it to me for my European trip. I loved it and I came home and bought one for myself and a travel backpack.

I bought this for a trip thru Canada and then on to Alaska. I traveled thru Customs and TSA several times.
I was delighted with the extra security on my bag plus the RFID features of my matching wallet. Great bag for traveling. I will be using it on my next upcoming trip. I will leave my expensive bags for out and about around home.

I didn't buy this bag for travel. I bought it because my Multi Sac backpack purse with about eleven compartments was wearing out, and a darker color was no longer available. I wanted another purse with several compartments, and most other brands were lacking. I hate a purse that's basically a single compartment bag where it's difficult to find the one of many items in there. The security features on the Travelon bag (clasps that attach to the zipper pulls, reinforced cut-proof strap) WERE a plus, though, even if I don't live in an area where pickpocketing/purse snatching is common. I take advantage of every one of the compartments in this purse, and it shows, it weighs five pounds (yes, I've weighed it) with all of my everyday items. I never carry a plastic water bottle in the mesh compartments on the ends of the purse, but I DO have a small pair of binoculars in one of those compartments. I love the denim color because I know if I'm wearing a new pair of jeans, even though I wash them before wearing the first time, if any color rubs off from the jeans, it will blend right in with the color of the purse. This is the only purse I've carried for over a year, and it still appears to be in great shape. All zippers still work, the clasps still operate, the strap is very durable and doesn't show any wear. It's just the right size for me. Some of your bags were too thin (flat) and some were really bigger than I needed. This one is just right. If I DO have the opportunity to travel, this Travelon bag will definitely be going along.

We do a lot of travelling & my Travelon Classic fits the bill perfectly. I feel very safe at all times. Love how comfortable the cross body is & all the other safety features are the best. My bag is now six years old & still in perfect working order although starting to look like I might need to order a new one. I will definitely the same bag again but in a different colour this time.

I love my Travelon bags. Light weight. I use them everyday . They last a few years and I always buy the same ones again.

I purchased two Travelon Bags for my trip to Italy. One for myself and one for my daughter. It is an excellent day bag when out and about site seeing. I love that it has two pouches for small water bottles or a small umbrella. I have since used it for 2 other trips - Portugal and Spain. Knowing that thieves will have to take extra time to open the secure zippers gave me piece of mind. My daughter has a cognitive disability and is flippant with her things. I was worried she would be targeted. It helped knowing that she too had a secure bag. I took off one star because the strap can dig into the shoulder and is at times uncomfortable. Otherwise a great site seeing bag.
