Misled me and booked no luggage for our 11 night holiday - this had to be added on at nearly £400 more - very unhappy

Very easy to book .change my hotel no problem.price was cheaper then other travel companies.

We booked our Orlando trip with Paula. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was great, she called me back as promised when the Disney offer went live. The cost was good compared to other companies that I had quotes from.

I rang Travel Planners back in November 24 to arrange a Honeymoon and 60th trip to Las Vegas and Hawaii, I spoke with Paula and she put together a package for us with some other hotels as suggestions. She was very patient and we ended up booking our trip with her and now we are very much looking forward to our trip in 2026.

This was the third time that Paul from travel planners tailor maid our holiday. His understanding of our requirements and the attention to detail he has put into creating a trip of a lifetime shows the dedication that you only get from true professional people that really know their stuff. His communication through the booking process was outstanding and together we explored many alternatives before making the final package. Delivering on requirements in a timely manner without the need to chase up and re-work options

I was looking to book a family holiday to Florida for 2025 - Steve was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Travel Planners if you’re looking to book a holiday to America!

Booked a specific itinerary and flight detailed holiday in April 2024 with a deposit of £600 paid. Received an email in September stating flights had changed and the specific flights we had original booked were being changed to longer flights (short flights were the reason for the booking). After several emails (as trying to get in touch by phone is impossible with the manager) similar flights to what we booked originally were sort. These were agreed on but when the booking confirmation was received the flights were yet again not what was agreed. I have now been told that not only will I not get my despoit back which was paid in good faith for a service that isn't what was initially paid for. That I will also have to pay a cancellation fee. They also messed up with the hotel details which would of left us, without accommodation for the last night.This company should be avoided at all costs.

I recently booked a holiday with Travelplanners and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was misled about the cancellation and amendment policies, which resulted in the loss of my deposit. I was not informed that I needed to rebook in time, and this was a crucial detail. When I reached out for help, I found the customer service unresponsive and unhelpful. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, and I feel unfairly treated. I would advise others to be cautious when booking with this company. Make sure to receive and clarify all policies beforehand.

This is my third time using travel planners to plan a holiday and I'm always happy with the results! David Moser was my travel agent and I can't sing his praises enough! He worked well with me and my friend to design the perfect trip for LA. His vast travel experience and knowledge made everything easy, and his genuine enthusiasm made us both so excited for our trip! We did our trip in August and had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend travel planners and working with David! Thank you all for the very best memories!
