Доволен съм от поръчката. Пристигна бързо до България, можех да я проследя по всяко време. Имах намаление за това дето предишната поръчка не се изпълни. Не знаех, че продуктите са изработени в Китай.... Toon meer

Good products and fast shipping, but terrible UPS delivery service
The order was sent fast and the tie was good quality, but the delivery service with UPS that I paid extra for, was terrible. They couldn't make the delivery on time, so I had to waste a lot of my time on the phone, trying to call them and then going in person to their storage to collect my parcel, since they were unable to deliver it to my home address at all. Very poor delivery service!

Hi Kristina,
Thank you for your review. We're really happy to hear that you were pleased with the tie and that your order was dispatched quickly.
We're very sorry, however, about your experience with UPS. We completely understand your frustration, especially when you paid extra for the delivery and then had to spend your own time contacting UPS and ultimately collecting the parcel yourself.
That's certainly not the delivery experience we want for our customers. I'll take a closer look at your order and reach out to you directly regarding this.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention. 😊
Best regards,
Celia | Trendhim ☀️

Really disappointed by the quality
Really disappointed by the product. I gifted it to my boyfriend a month ago and that's how long it took us to realize the quality is really bad. First the engraved piece flew off and we couldn't find it then the hook itself broke. I guess it's not made to withstand taking your shirt off or just existing with it. I expected better.

Hi Viktoria,
We’re really sorry to hear this. This is of course not how the product should hold up, and we completely understand your disappointment – especially as it was a gift for your boyfriend. 😔
If something like this happens, you’re always welcome to contact us at info@trendhim.bg, so we can take a closer look and find a solution for you.
I’ve also reached out to you directly by email, as I’d really like to look into what happened and find a solution together. This is of course not the quality or experience we want you to have with a Trendhim product.
I hope to hear from you soon. 😊
