Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK Reviews

Cactus was well packaged and arrived in great condition. Will definitely buy again.

The customer service was excellent and the quality of the cacti after shipping was top quality, you can tell every car was taken to make sure id received my cacti i good condition. I fully recommend buying from trichocereus.co.uk

I have made three purchases now from here. The most recent was a large Trichocereus cutting, and what a lovely looking specimen. Very healthy, well packaged, along with cactus soil that seems so much better than compost purchased from high street retail outlets.
I am really pleased to have found this company. The owner Byron, is a friendly, helpful individual, and supplies detailed growing tips.

The cactus I received was a gorgeous looking specimen. Unblemished and very healthy. It came safely and thoroughly packaged with instructions for its care.
I also purchased cactus seeds and seed substrate, and whilst I am still to plant the seeds, the substrate has that professionally mixed feel about it.
The seller Byron, communicates the stages of delivery until you receive the goods. Someone who takes pride in their business.

This Scopulicola is the latest addition to my growing collection. The cacti arrived on time and it was very well packaged for the transit by post. Will I continue to make purchases in the future, most certainly and more than happy to recommend to friends and family.

Received my plants and additional purchases today.
I’m incredibly pleased with the quality of the plants and packaging was exemplary. These were big spiky creatures and they were expertly packaged and only damage was from a degree of blood loss - but the cacti seemed fine:)
Really friendly and responsive communication with Byron, who is clearly a responsible and honest trader.
Would highly recommend and will be buying again from this company👍🏼🌵🌵

Extremely happy customer! Byron delivers an excellent service, his communication is great, he is very knowledgeable and reply’s to any questions you may have with haste! Byron is a pleasure to deal with! Cactocereus.UK is the number one place to get your cactus.

Great experience. Very trustworthy seller. Great communication. Would recommend

Excellent service from Byron and team, delivery was quick. First time ordering and growing cacti from seed, ordered 50 seeds but received more than 150, I decided to plant half of them incase I messed something up being my first time, 10 days later I have 70+ little green seedlings emerging. Iam amazed at the germination rate of these seeds excellent quality and will be ordering again

Ordered twice now and both times delivery has been speedy. Both my cactus seedlings were well packaged and looked great. Will be ordering more in the future.

Great service fast delivery really happy with purchase. Will definitely use again. Can't recommend enough. 😊🌵👍

Bryon has worked incredibly hard to keep me up to date with the delivery. He has taken time to teach me the basics patiently and answered my questions clearly and has left the door open for me to contact him again. The plants are very healthy and well cared for which has been great and are good value too ... Great service, great plants and great communication. I don't leave many reviews but this is exceptional

My experience purchasing from Cactocereus was very good.
A couple of items were missing from my order, but they were swiftly dispatched with no fuss. I’m really happy with my seedlings excellent quality and will definitely order again.

Two lovely little San Pedro cacti arrived, in great condition. They are very cute. Lots of helpful instructions provided.

So far so excellent. Let's hope my new cactus growing hobby follows suit!

Brilliant customer service, super happy plants sent in careful, well wrapped packaging. All the seeds ive bought have sprouted and generally if you are after Cacti in the UK you should use these guys. No doubt.

I was extremely happy with the cactus I purchased. It arrived packaged well, in great shape and not long after i ordered it. The customer service I received was great from start to finish. Byron was very helpful with instructions and tips. Would recommend this website to anyone.

Fantastic, healthy plants, even during the off season. Byron was outstanding, proffesional and approachable. Could not fault in any way, and will not hesitate to use again. Will not find better plants and better service elsewhere.
