Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK Reviews

I have ordered twice now from this company and both times the plants have exceeded my expectations.
Coupled to the amazing Byron's passion for his cacti makes it a real pleasure to do business with them.
Byron went completely above and beyond to make sure I was one satisfied customer. He actually drove me home with a huge cactus. Top top geezer!!
Would I recommend this company?
100% no hesitation!

The quality one can expect from someone who genuinely cares. Everything is always in nice condition- how it should be!

Bought 2 cacti a T.bridgeii and a TPM x ss02 and both were in excellent health. Was a pleasure doing business with them and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I'm excited and very happy. Delivery and the quality of the cactuses, Excellent.

Excellent Cacti, I bought many seedling and some big cacti including a foot long Tr Bridgiesii La Paz. They're all solid plants and are settling in well.
I got some pumice too and Byron gave great advice viz potting up, and soil mixes etc. These people are passionate about their plants, and it shows in the quality of their product. I had virtually no cacti until I ordered a big box full from Byron.. and also paid top dollar for importation tax because I live in Ireland, and even with that it's totally worth it for the quality and the support. I recommend highly!

Ok so i've ordered a few times now from Cactocereus and I can truly say the quality and service is top notch. Ive had great germination rates on some amazing varieties. The seedlings i've purchased were what can only be described as 'solid' and have grown into absolute beasts less than two years down the line. They've also been very generous with their seed orders, maybe because i'm a repeat customer but who knows I'm grateful anyway!! Will definitely be ordering again :) Will try and attach some pics if I can!

As others have said, the customer service was exceptional. The plant came well packaged and speedily. The quality of the cactus was also very satisfactory and is aesthetically very pleasing. This company will definitely get my custom again: I’m thinking L. Williamsii next.

I've ordered a few cacti from this supplier now, everything always arrives in perfect condition and really well packaged, always quick to answer questions and delivery is speedy. I'm sure I'll be back for more soon!

I recently bought some cactus seeds and the customer service was great, the seeds arrived rapidly. I planted them according to the very helpful and detailed instructions on the website and they are germinating already. (5 days later!) Also they gave me quite a few extra seeds. Excellent company to do business with!

Excellent customer service and good quality cactus
What more could you ask for?

The seller is extremely helpful and friendly. I received the jade plant very quickly and it’s as described. A good size as in photo and a lovely healthy plant which was wrapped with great care and attention and with no damage in transit. Very pleased.

Great customer service. Fantastic germination rate . Will be buying more infuture

Everything about the interaction was seamless and perfect. The communication, description, packaging and delivery. I would 100% recommend as a legitimate and honest grower. I was surprised how quickly my 3 cacti seedlings arrived, perfectly packed and are growing at a fast rate!

Quick delivery!! The cactus is healthy, distinguished, and has a great set of roots.

Probably one of the top cactus breeders / seller in uk. Products are great quality, packaged correct and shipped quick. Cheaper than most too. Can't fault cactcereus

My partner bought for me a peyote button, previously reviewed, and 20 peyote seeds. I was well chuffed to count what seemed to be 27 small brown seeds, upon closer inspection a few appeared to be chaff. All were sown and the first seedling appeared after 7 days, today 16/03 14 days after sowing a total of 13 have germinated. The challenge is now to bring them on!

This is my favourite company, they never dissapoint with any order I've had off of them, their customer service is second to none and their stock is absolutely out of this world, weather it be seeds seedlings cuts, substrates or fertiliser,, pretty much made my whole collection from cactocereus.co.uk and I couldn't be happier, cheers.

Best in the business: great products, fluid communication, speedy dispatch, informative content.
