Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK Reviews

Byron at tricho Uk is so helpful, nothing is a problem. Always there with great advice and help when needed. I have purchased some superb plants and great quality pots and have been extremely happy on all occasions. The plants are very healthy and have great strong roots. Mine have put on amazing growth in a single season. I'll be back!!

Responsive and knowledgeable customer service provided. I'm now hooked-on collecting cacti and this is the best site I've thus far ordered cacti from in the UK.

Five out of five. =)

Ordered both San Pedro and Peyote.
The service from Byron was outstanding, with the confirmation came Tips on how to pot them up, along with the Plant Passport details, and then keeping up to date with the processing of the order.
The plants arrived very well packaged, and were very good quality and could see been well cared for.
Very pleased, and would highly recommend Cactocereus. Am sure I will be using them again for my collection.

Amazing cactus and a top bloke

Totally recommend them for all your cactus needs

This is the first time I have purchased from this company and so far experience has been great. Website is easy to navigate, order was sent promptly. Good size plants in excellent condition.
I will purchase again

Fast despatch and great service - highly recommended! Great varities to choose from.

Fantastic company, providing exceptional service for the UK cactus community. Highly recommend.

I've made a couple of purchases from Trichocereus UK always received a great service. Speedy and efficient handling of the purchase and the packaging the cactus arrive in is more than adequate for it's purpose. I've messaged Byron at Trichocereus UK with a couple of queries, as I am a newbie and he has always had a quick response and a satisfactory answer. My queries have led to a bit of chat back and forwards which is always good.... Very obviously loves his cactus and a sense of humour..... Hard to find some places these days lol.

I would highly recommend Trichocereus UK for your cactus needs!
😊

An all-round great experience: the cactus seedling was well packaged, healthy, and traceable. It came with lots of practical advice as to how to take care of it too. Can't wait to build up my collection!

I very happy with my order and the service I received. After purchase I was offered support in my endeavour.
Delivery was quick and the product was reasonably priced.

Fantastic company great guy so helpful thanks again 😀

I recieved my Pachanoi and Williamsii and they were high quality and well packaged cacti, I'm very happy with them and was super happy to see a little flower on one of my williamsii! There was a little mishap with Royal Mail where they took a very long time to come (even though they were sent with 24hr tracked) throughout this time, Byron was very communicative and even sat on the phone with them a few times trying to get my parcel to me, even helped to squash my fretting over their health and offered to replace them if they became etiolated (which thankfully they didnt) it's clear they care about their customers and the cacti they're sending, I'll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Sent me 4 separate emails in the space of a week asking me to leave a review, you should really chill with this, once is enough. If someone doesn't leave a review respect their decision rather than hounding them.

Amazing service. Arrived super fast and packaged incredibly well. Definitely ordering again, and again haha

Great service and really helpful communication. Highly recommend!
