Cactocereus Ltd t/a Trichocereus UK Reviews

Great experience! There was a little delay with the delivery and the package because I placed my order on Easter. Royal Mail was a little slow, and also, my package wasn't in the best shape when they delivered it, but thankfully the seller wrapped the plant awesomely, so there was no damage at all. When I contacted him, I received a quick and reassuring response. He even gave me tips and suggestions on how to take care of my plant once I received it. It was an awesome experience, and I am very happy with the product! Definitely a trusted vendor from whom I'll buy again in the future!

Great seller! I bought some very good value fabric pots and an amazing Lophophora. Well packaged, healthy and fast. If you enjoy this hobby it's worth buying from someone who understands!

Thank you for such a great service, any questions I had were answered promptly via email, I was very impressed with my Peote cactus and with the soil that i ordered, much better than garden centre stuff. I will be ordering another one as a friend now wants one.
I highly recommend 😃

Excellent communication. Quick postage despite it being Easter.
Beautiful healthy cactus 🌵 look forward to purchasing again in future 🤩

Seedling came in a few days after ordering. It looks heathy and I received an email with instructions and tips on taking care of it. Definitely will order again.

I received a really beautiful Peruviana plant. Not that it's that important, but there's not a single blemish. I'm really happy with it.

Cactus seedling came looking happy and healthy and the guy who runs the show is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop to cactus lovers!

I’ve bought a beautiful and healthy Trichocereus Bridgesii ‘Sina’ cutting a few weeks ago. I am looking forward to future purchases from cactocereus.co.uk

I bought my first little Loph - it arrived safe and sound with great attention to detail in packing. Byron even sent a little upgrade to what I ordered. Excellent service - will definitely buy some more!

Excellent friendly service and very high germination rates on the 3 species I bought.

Excellent service from a company who know their stuff. Will be buying from them again

Beautiful healthy plants, excellent customer service. Very happy with the Cacti.

I ordered a Trichocereus Echinopsis Pachanoi, pot and premium substrate. Everything arrived safely packaged and on time. The cactus looked very healthy and bigger than expected. Byron kindly replied to all my questions thoroughly and also shared plenty of information to grow these beautiful cacti.
Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Byron at Cactocereus. Thank you!

Very helpful when I reached out to get some recommendations. The cactuses are beautiful, very healthy and packed very carefully so they didn’t get any damage on the shipping. I will definitely buy again:)

I had a fantastic buying experience and Byron was extremely helpful in providing help and advice as I am a newbie. The plants were perfect and well packaged and I will definitely be buying again.

Byron who owns the company is a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guy. I have bought some amazing specimens of different trichos and Lophs from him. All of them in top notch condition and packaged really well. Buy with confidence.

I've ordered twice and it's always been perfect. The products are dispatched promptly and well-packaged and they are healthy plants and have thrived after being potted.

Very recommended if you want to buy cacti in the UK.
