Excellent customer service
Was having a small issue with trying to figure out how to ship to the US. Live chatted with Rob and he was very helpful with sorting out the CC payment. In the end I had the filters posted to a UK address and took them home with me while I was in town for the weekend. Shipping was quick and seamless. Thank you very much.

I'm one Happy Bunny
Dealing with pleasant, informed people. I've had a Triflow filter tap for many years. It was time for a replacement and the lovely Aisha was really helpful, talking me through what the latest models were and what was on offer. Order was placed over the phone today and delivery will be tomorrow.
In a world where nothing seems to go well and everyone has an excuse for not doing their jobs, it is enlightening to deal with companies like TriFlow who give a personal service.

Quick and efficient service - one small suggestion
The supply of the water filters was quick and efficient. One small suggestion: on my account it would be helpful to include the specifics of my previous orders.

After 22 years
After 22 years, we have replaced our original Triflow system with a new tap unit with filter and rinser. We are delighted with its appearance, its function and the quality of the product. What made the experience of dealing with Triflow outstanding was the quality of customer service.Davina dealt with a string of questions, and organised the sale and delivery with exceptional politeness, patience and professional efficiency. When the engineer, who was not directly a member of the company, proved unsatisfactory and was unable to complete fitting the new system, she immediately arranged for their own Senior Engineer to come and sort things out. I gain the impression that Triflow are ambitious to work to the highest standards and I would unhesitatingly recommend them.
