New filter delivered quickly following order by Royal Mail.

Filters sent quickly and efficiently.However as I get older, they become more difficult to fit.

My recent experience with Triflow was ordering the latest 6-monthly filter replacement together with the 2-yearly O-ring replacement.
I've rated them 5 stars because, as usual, they delivered the required items promptly with no fuss. (That should be what we get for every online purchase, but it sadly is not.)
A couple of comments:
1. The O-ring seems expensive for what you get, but at least it's guaranteed to be suitable and other merchants don't expect to sell just one at a time.
2. The O-ring came in its own little ziplock bag packed behind the invoice stuck to the outside of the box. That's clever, but it could easily have been missed.
3. In the past each new filter has come with fitting instructions, but not this one. Really one nicely printed sheet each time does feel unfashionably wasteful, but not having one still feels odd. Triflow sent various emails in the course of this transaction; one or more could have carried the instruction sheet as an attachment or a link.

Happy with product and timely delivery to the U.S., HOWEVER I was charged $80 for Shipping and Delivery and almost 2 months LATER, just received a bill from FedEx for Customs Duty & Fees for another $40 that the ‘sender’ Triflow Concepts, had them bill ME for on an order that was only $246. So I paid $120 for shipping and delivery which is half of what the goods cost. Unacceptable. When reaching out to Triflow Customer service, it’s been almost 2 weeks and NO RESPONSE. Curious what I paid $80 shipping and delivery for upfront on my order. What a scam.

Update-customer service reached out after my review, satisfied with response but would have been happier with transparency and better communication without it resorting to having to give a negative review. Hopefully company does what they say and do better for their customers going forward.

i had spoken to a young gentleman over the phone two weeks ago about something and said he would give me a call back with a solution to my issue. It has been two weeks and the gentleman still has not called me back with a solution for me. i feel like i need to keep chasing this company when the customer services is there job is to help me. Has anyone else experienced this. Good triflow sytem overall. thanks

Spare part arrived on time, fitted fine and worked.

The new filter arrived safely, delivered by DHL and in good time.

Triflow Filter Replacement pack, Easy purchase of complete system including connectors and hoses at a good price. A quality product.

Good service easy to fit.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong filter. When I last changed it the only one I was aware of was a screw fit. Now it seems there is also a push fit version, which looks almost identical, except no thread on the O seals nipple on the top.
Triflow were very helpful and have promised to send the correct item (TF 321, not TF 550) as soon as they get the incorrect one back.
