Ordered wrong size
Ordered wrong size. Returned next day (confirmed by Royal Mail). Been chasing customer services for either a refund or exchange for 4 weeks now. Wife is upset because it was an anniversary present. What a shame. Sadly I can’t recommend this store.

Really blown away by the customer service. They assisted me with an issue that I’ve had with pillows that I’ve had for some months there was little question and my issue was resolved very quickly. I would purchase from truly again.

Item looks beautiful however glass dome…
Item looks beautiful however glass dome is unsafe and does not fit well on the base I got it as I thought it was like the one my son broke but it was as the dome did not screw on to the base and was un level I would have sent it back back all packaging was put in the bin I would not recommend this glass cloche bell dome .

Super nail growing experience
I have been drinking Natural Glow Hydration for 2 months, I got the free introductory packet and a few more afterwards. I noticed of late that my nails are growing much better. At the begining I thought because I was on holiday and not gardening, but I am back for the last month and they keep growing. GREAT

Badly creased
I have bought two silk items from you before this cami and shorts set. This was a birthday present. When it was opened on her birthday a couple of days after receipt of the item it was so badly creased I was embarassed to have bought it. It wasn't simply a line or two, it looked like it had been crumpled up long before before being packaged. Unfortunately the tag was taken off and I understand why items like this cannot be returned. I will think twice before buying items like this from Truly again.

Excellent Customer Service
There was a small mark on one of the cushions. The Customer Service were brilliant and made it all so simple to swap. They sent me a return label and also sent the replacement as soon as I had sent them proof of the return. All very straightforward. Things will always go wrong, it’s how you deal with them that matter. Plus they are lovely cushions!
